International Women's Day 2024

This International Women's Day, we have teamed up with Pathways to Property to launch a new mentoring programme to welcome students into our business and educate them on the huge opportunities a career in the built environment can offer.
Bringing in at least 50 students from disadvantaged backgrounds over the next five years, we’ve got 11 female-identifying students signed up for the first intake. They’ll be assigned a mentor, given one-to-one sessions with that mentor to cover a set curriculum around workplace skills and CV writing, PLUS have at least two days shadowing their mentor in person and a guaranteed reference at the end of the programme.

To celebrate the incredible work of women across Moda and our partner businesses Harrison Street and John Sisk & Son Ltd, we have launched a new video, ‘We Made it Possible’, celebrating the contributions of women from all backgrounds and career stages to making our communities and neighbourhoods the most amazing places to live, work and play in the UK.
