    @interviewhappy Sir, I want to express my gratitude for inspiring and motivating me to pursue more job interviews. I had been with the same company for 7.5 years, starting with a package of 2.4 LPA, and through relentless hard work, I managed to grow it to 13 LPA. However, I felt that this didn't adequately compensate for the energy and effort I was putting in. I used to feel apprehensive about interviews, despite my project experience, as I struggled to answer even basic OOPs questions. Your videos served as a source of inspiration, and as a result, I now have a 18 LPA package. The journey has just begun.

      Woww bro.. Congrats. Hard work is one thing which we also do in our projects, but it is the COURAGE which is the critical factor for our success. All the best for your future.

    I am listening this video again after 3-4 months. this reminds me again the importance of Interviews. Last year I appeared for only 2 interviews in the whole year without any proper preparation. Facing interview bring you close to the reality where do you stand, what is your level of communication even if you don't know answer how can you change the topic.
    Thanks for this video.

    *You are 100% right, this is the best skill more than working skill, my friend has 4.5L, he moved to new job with 9L, as he was not good in working, within 2 months, they fired him as he was not good in his work, again with his cracking interview skill he got one more job with 17L, and he is able to sustain in that company and went to abroad by that company*

    • @interviewhappy
      @interviewhappy  Рік тому

      Yes swapna, first we learn and then only implement. Try practicing the concepts. I have seen 80% candidates never worked on .Net core, still they answer all the questions and get the job. All the best.

    Hello sir. I have 4 years of experience as .Net full stack. 2.5 years in mvc and other in 1.5 in angular and. Net core. I joined new company. They are moving me into. Net core 6 project.. I don't hove experience in. Net core 6. They are giving me team leader position. I can't handle it... How to overcome this

    • @ashishjha2182
      @ashishjha2182 Рік тому +2

      Do you know .Net core? even if .net core 3 then then there is no more diffrence .Net 5/6/7 just create a simple app using new framework you are all set. Reagrding Team Leading Skills : it comes with experience - u will do better with time. go for it

    • @soniya4240
      @soniya4240 Рік тому

    • @interviewhappy
      @interviewhappy  Рік тому +1

      Hi Soniya, I can understand this. Give yourself one month time in the new project. Try it and if it is giving stress, then tell the manager or leave the company. But if you have done it then you will be a new developer with latest skill set. Don't worry, everything gonna be fine.

    I need one suggestion you guys are senior guys so please help me to take a decision I'm now in Mindtree it's a good company but the projects which I have worked didn't learn much of .net I've having now 1.7 yrs of exp and my package is 4 lpa and now I got one job which is offering 6.5lpa that company is Hays. So I'm like so much confused should I grab the offer and give resignation and serve 3 months of notice period or i should wait for some more time to get a good company with a good package so please i want suggestions from senior guys

    • @interviewhappy
      @interviewhappy  Рік тому +1

      Hey Panda, Congrats for getting the offer. I think you should go for it. In next 3 months you will definitely get new offers as your notice period will be less and experience will be 2 years. Then you have more options.

      @@roshanfulwani802 prepare well on oops concepts and SQL.. basics should be strong
      Coming to my interview experience
      They gave me one string question to reverse the words and two SQL query from which I have written one second one i couldn't able to.
      Then come to theoretical ones..
      1. They asked the access modifiers
      2. interface vs abstract classes
      3. Extension methods (must) they asked in a tricky way .. the question was suppose i want to build one string function where the second letter of word will be capital then how to make that one to call from string class.
      4. Why we should override Tostring() method
      5. Middleware
      6. Joins
      7. Func vs stored proc
      8. Security parts like how to secure an web API and all
      9. Out vs ref
      10. Dependency injection and exception handling
      Ig this all will be enough you'll get and idea from which section generally they asked
      All the best brother!
