Join us this week as we make our final preparations to head over to Europe for our family travel tour in search of that winter sunshine. We also share with you what's happened with our motorhome.
We are a family of five from South Wales living full time and vlogging our motorhome journies and travels around the UK and EU. Join us for some fun, laughter, tears and pain and we will share our experiences, knowledge and finds with you.

We love Whitemead as it’s just a mile away from family but we have our own quiet pitch to ourselves. I love to swim, have a sauna and then a few drinks in the bar. Perfect ❤

I’ve been using induction hobs for years. Just take a magnet with you when shopping for pans. If it sticks to the base of the pan it will work on your hob. Love your vlogs. Have a great trip! 😊

The lights on my T6 were like candles so upgraded to THQ V3 LEDs with night breaker full beam bulbs. So much better!!

Lucky lot going to Europe. Love my baked beans, always take them and my red bush tea bags away with me. Love the colour of the van. Can’t wait to pick up my little camper in a couple of weeks and get start my get aways from my obnoxious teenage boys. Me and my dog. Enjoy Xxx

Use a magnet to test if the pans work. It it sticks to the pan, it's fine. You can also get an induction plate, which means you can use any pan, but the heat transfer is not as good as direct induction.

To stop condensation - Get a sock, fill up to the ankle with cat litter, preferably the non-clumping one (this is better) and tie the sock; this will stop condensation and will also stop fog in the van/car. You can secure it more by adding an extra sock - my brother's tip.

Have a great time abroad. Looking forward to your upcoming videos. Just to confirm, aluminium on its own does NOT work on induction hobs. You need stainless steel, i.e., anything magnetic will work. Good luck to you all, safe travels!

Very risky using an external screen cover when you’re wild camping🥴 Always have the moho ready for a quick departure when wild camping in case of any form of trouble you might get, you safety could depend on it. When wilding we use an internal blind which can be slid up out of the way in seconds, also seats in driving position just in case. Please take care!
We usually use the internal ones but lots of condensation and we always have the seats ready usually on wild spots too thank you for sharing with us though xx

Test your pots with a fridge magnet, if it sticks to the pot, it will work on an induction cooker.

Hi Guys. Keep up the cheeky vlogs. If its not magnetic its no good for induction. Also get pots the same size or bigger as the induction doesn''t like smaller pots and pans. The induction needs metal next to it so if pot is too small coil may not turn on or be less efficient. Also get pots and pans with non-metallic handles to prevent radiation reaching you.

You are better off with stainless steel pots for the induction hob. I have had my pots for 11 years and they still look brand new.

Love Andorra but it is snow season there. Stick to the east coast of Spain. I live south of Alicante and we are having a cold spell of weather at the moment but the sun is shinning.

Unfortunately your new pan will definitely NOT work! It needs to be made of metal that is magnetic ie steel. Hope you get it sorted. Look forward to seeing your travels abroad

Hello and welcome. Pebbles is used to going out and about in new places and often doesn’t need a lead although we use one for built up areas or if leaving early .. xx

Nice to see you back on the road to somewhere. Get yourself down onto the Algarve then bounce across the south of Spain and up towards the med. Warm weather all the way. Algarve sitting at 18 at the moment and as Spring gets closer the weather will only get warmer. If you end up on the Algarve heading towards Seville, drop into El Rocio: the kids will love it. Everything is based around the horse a real wild west feel. Happy travels

Little tip when trying to find baked beans in France,find a shop like INTERMARCHE and look for the cheapest cassoulet they got, TOP BUDGET Cassoulet or something along those lines, they are identical ( more or less! ) to UK beans. If you ever chance a tin and find them tasteless just add a little sugar and salt while warming, thats exactly what, tO us Brits they lack.. BON ROUTE..

Our 90 days was reset from our Summer tour so we got the full 90 days again XxRR
@@TheRollingRucks it's a pain now I use to be a European coach driver still do abit now and then I have re set I was up 135 out of 180 back to zero and 26 out of 90 what I have heard that the system won't be up and running till November 2023 its should have been may 2023 and to top it off its our own government who put 90days in as the Spanish want to extend it due to expats living in spain 🇪🇸 so on a positive note I have colleagues who have done well over the 90days in coaches so who knows, I'm in malaga till march in the Moho im from Cardiff but live in Pembrokeshire Happy traveling guys keep safe keep flying the welsh flag, PS I think you need to start a small business building vans your van looks fantastic once again thank you both and the kids for your channel 😀👍

We have a VW T6, poor lights are standard for them too sadly. LEDs make a big difference.

Hi there, we have just bought a 2021 rollerteam 746. We have noticed that on the rear there is two cameras but when selecting reverse only one camera will show on the screen. I have had a look but can’t seem to switch between the two cameras. Was this the same on yours ? Any advice would be welcomed this is our first motorhome and complete newbies 🙂 no outher videos on you tube.

Have a good trip. Don’t discount Morocco, we mainly used campsites as they are very cheap, have gardians and safe place to leave the van. Allow a good week to get used to the culture and lifestyle, don’t be put off by the friendly albeit in your face approach of the locals. There is no breakdown cover but plenty of places and people who can help, we had a puncture repaired and the side door spring repaired. The weather was warm and lovely, fascinating country, spent 6 weeks touring all over.
We’d love to do it but yes we have an issue with our insurances if we went over there so maybe a tour for later on sometime XxRR
I've just discovered your videos as I was looking for reviews for the auto roller 746... Can I ask why you decided to switch to a camper? As I'm currently trying to decide between the auto roller and a custom conversion, any advice would be gratefully received and I'll keep working my way through your vids
Hi Shaun, we had our 746 from new and within 6 months the floor started sinking and got worse and worse so we knew it had to go back XxTR

Bon voyage the Rucks, when your in Folkestone next, there is a cheap site a bit further along the road from the Black Horse, only down side is there's no shower (last time I was there) 90% of their pitches are grass around the edge of site, with kids swings and bits in centre, theres water on way in/out as well as black waste, grey waste is straight to ground, we use it a lot with our caravan

Aluminium pots and pans will definitely not work on an induction hob....only steel or steel bottomed ones.

My brother has up grained my vw camper lights coz they were not good. I want a go pro, to save carrying my HD video camera with me.

Have fun! I’d try get Pebbles a European pet passport whilst away, save on those AHCs. We got ours plus a fresh rabies vaccination (valid for 3 years) for 50€. If you want any help understanding it give us a shout!
My husband keeps nagging me to sort our dogs passports out. Could I please have the information. Tia.

@@TheRollingRucks I’d get it done northern/mid Europe, it’ll be valid for 3 years (Netherlands, Germany, France, Switzerland etc.). The closer you get to Africa where rabies is prevalent, it’ll be annual (e.g southern Spain)

Sijbrandij, Reeuwijk (Netherlands) is where we got ours. They take maestro card or cash. Literally worth paying for the holiday to get it, saved us tonnes in AHCs. I just rung round all the vets in area we were staying in til I found one!
