yeah once i had a 40 rated cm and i converted him to striker and he got 51 rated lol

I think The reason why you could not have more then 18 players in the Squad is that san Marino only has 18 players at the start of fifa and it is just set on 18 players because of that.

I think it only let you choose 18 players because San Marino is not an actual national team in the game.
I would like to see a series of this. Starting with only 1 1/1 scout and create milestones to upgrade. Say if you win your first game you can either upgrade to a 1/2, 2/1, or you can get a second 1/1 scout. First multigoal game you upgrade again, first multigoal victory you get another upgrade etc etc. it would add a lot of longevity to a potential series like this
Video Idea: Combine 'regions' of continents into one team and see how the international competitions are, it might take some balancing but eg. The whole of Britain as a team, Spain and Portugal as a Team, North America as a Team etc

Honestly the high rated scouts all the time just give you good players IMMIEDTLY so it kinda makes it less interesting knowing you're always gonna do well within the first 2 years, imo would be more interesting with worse scouts and Diamonds in the rough being more hype
