- After beating Father down in an all out rage, Ed finally punches a hole in him with the help of Greed (still crying), sending him back to the Truth! In the aftermath, Ed is forced to find a new way to get Al back from the truth, leading to one of the best moments in the entire show! You gotta try Spy x Family; it's one of the most complete packages I've seen in an anime.
Likable characters, good humor, wholesome moments, solid character development, killer music (intros and outros are S+ tier), excellent animation; this show has everything!
The promised never land is a pretty short series you could watch which is pretty good

I would love to see you react to NANA. I think it’d be a perfect series for the channel cause the way it deals with relationships is very nuanced and well done, also the whole anime is realistic in a way a lot of anime isnt + the idea that after achieving your goals that you thought would make you happy you’ve actually lost your happiness along the way etc.. but I know it’s not a really popular series anymore today so you probably never will :(

So he became nothing.
From what the truth said it doesn't sound like he got oblivion though. Truth mentions torment awaiting him.
He could have only wished that was the case. He's bound forever with his despair and inability to recognize the truth of his mistakes. Its not fire and brimstone, but its hell none the less.

Ed's entire life was defined by alchemy. Being the Fullmetal Alchemist, the youngest State Alchemist ever, a prodigy, those were all part of Ed's identity and who he is, and yet, he gave it all up in a blink of an eye and a smile on his face because he didn't value any of it as much as he valued Al.
While technically all true I feel you're sidestepping that he's always valued Al and that this choice is largely guided by Ed understanding human connection and working together is much more powerful than alchemy and that he was also negatively defined by alchemy hence it "lead [him] astray"
Yes, it was also about the fact that he viewed Alchemy as a tool putting him beyond the natural order of things, and then commited a "sin" by trying to play god in his arrogance to bring back his mother. Accepting his guilt, and moving forward, seeing himself as a human and not an alchemist, is a big part of this whole journey.
@@gerardlacroix6015 Exactly. If you put together what the 'Truth' tells both Father and Ed, the "Answer" is to be human. Normal, every day, humans. there is another thing to think about as well.
Every single human CAN become an alchemist. They have to study hard, learn the transformation patterns, and understand atoms and chemistry. But they COULD learn it... Thus, by default, every human is born WITH a portal of truth.
So by giving up his portal truth, and losing the ability to use alchemy. Ed has actually become the one and only truly human being, without a portal of truth. He and he alone has 'Ascended' above god, and beaten him, by finally understanding and learning the most important truth of all. He is Human. And that's all that he needs. No alchemy, no magic, no exchange. That he is human, is what makes him 'Perfect'.
"Just a simple human who couldn't save a little girl." Damn... just shows how much of an impact Nina had on them even at the end

In the manga, after Al gets his body back. He gave his armour to Winry.
So she could make automails with it.
Al says, that the armour help him for a long time, and he wanted it to keep helping others

and ed was a bit shocked about this and seeing the helmet being used as a bird house, he spent years sing that old armor as his brother
Also, regarding Father's demise: The Doors that every person has in the Truth are ornamented in a way that shows what they have learned during their lives.
But notice that Father's door is completely blank.
Despite all the knowledge he acquired...in the end, he learned nothing.
There's a difference between knowledge and wisdom.
It's nig only what they learnt, but also describe their way of seeing the World
Truth has ironic punishments for everyone. The dwarf in the flask wanted freedom, but instead of valuing it once he got it, he became consumed with wanting god's knowledge. Where Truth imprisoned him gave the dwarf of all of alchemy's knowledge without any of the freedom.
As sad as it is, I LOVE Greed's attitude when he makes Ling let him go.
Ling's all emotional, and Greed's all like, "Ahahaha! Can't believe you fell for that, you moron!"

One thing that I love is Ed's line about "not even being able to save a little girl". Because he (and Al, too) NEVER forgot about Nina. EVER. In another show she could so easily have just been a Victim of the Week, but this show NEVER lets you forget about the atrocities that befell her in the name of alchemy, and how that shaped both brothers forever. Even now, at the end, Ed is still thinking about how he thought alchemy could do anything, except save her.
I love the whole interaction between Father and Truth.
Truth immediately tries to explain what Father did wrong, but Father refuses to accept it.
Then, when Father demands, "Who do you think you are?" is the only time in the entire series where we see Truth's smile fade. Above all else, it wants to teach, and Truth now realizes that no matter what it says, Father will refuse to learn. It stops trying and simply hands down Father's punishment. When Father then starts begging to know what he should have done, Truth refuses to answer because it already told him.
Truth is a boss like that. Al is patient and kind, that is his truth. Patient and kind. Ed's truth is rebellious against the rules. Such is his truth. Father's truth was he already thought he knew it all. No path forward. So he gets a completely blank door. No path forward. His truth is the ultimate dead end. And Hohenheim even tried to warn him. Makes me wonder what Mr Ho's portal looks like.
Makes my wonder what would happen if Father actually showed some sort of guilt or remorse.
Truth's smile also faded, and was replaced by shock, when Ed offered his door... Truth was shocked that someone finally figured it out.
@@WaywardVet maybe Hohenheims portal is not a massive gate at all because he never desired these things. I think it was the door to the house that Ed and Al burned down.
@@atlachanacha Well truth be told (No pun intended) I think that Greed figured out out too of course greed was no Alchemist. I like to think truth rescued Greed from nothingness.
You know a show is good, when you (co-) watch it for the 10th or so time and you still cry at the same scenes

*Dwarf:* _"Sure, whatever you say."_
The Dwarf always knew the answer. He just refused to accept it, or admit that he wanted bonds too, because he never saw himself as human. He convinced himself that becoming a perfect being would grant him real freedom and make him feel complete, when the truth is that there's no such thing as a perfect being. If anything, he ruined his chance to learn by locking himself away underneath Central Command (essentially putting himself in another flask) and removing his sins.
Greed allied himself with the good guys, gaining the friends he wanted and died fulfilled.
Wrath died content that he was able to choose the love of his life.
Pride, in his final moments, sought comfort in the memory of his "fake" family.
But the Dwarf? He reaped what he sowed.
Even more, Father said to Greed: "everything you've desired, I've desired before", the seven sins aren't a generic representation of the sin of their name, they're the manifestation of the sins WITHIN Father.
So father was actually envious of humanity and didn't accept it, and what's more, he craved knowledge searching for another answer to something that he'd already resolved, he wanted to bond
king bradley didn't love his wife. he chose her to be his wife and that was merely the only emotional attachment he had to her
@@houseofaction I don't think the show gives us enough to say whether he loved her or not. We know she meant something to him, but whatever that was he kept between the two of them, and "there are no more words that need to be said." It can be interpreted either way, and that is part of the beauty of it. I personally lean on the side that he loved her, but I cannot say that for certain.
@@houseofaction Bradley did love her. He said so when Lan Fan asked him if there was anyone he ever loved. I don't think he was the type of person to lie about that, considering everything else he said as he died.
@@houseofaction it’s not confirmed but there is a theory that when his wife was being driven away from the capital and stopped by mustang. She was leaving the country on Bradly’s command. There is actually a lot of supporting evidence for it. First father is not going to care about 3 humans. He would also want to keep his 2 strongest followers happy on the most important day. It’s an open ended question but they would have had to be doing somewhere and it is unclear where else she would go without her husband and son. Regardless she was certainly kept in the dark about the destination and why. Though this is just a theory so take it as you will.
In this episode we understand that the person that Trisha reaching out to (in the opening song) is Hohenheim. So many feelings...

And now with the end of the final sin, you can look back on all their demises and see the irony of them.
Lust - Killed by a lady-killer fighting to protect the one he loves
Gluttony - Eaten by one of his own family
Sloth - Overexerted himself in a fight, burning out his stone
Envy - Committed suicide after realizing their own jealousy and refusing to be pitied
Wrath - Died peacefully, feeling fulfilled in his life
Pride - Rather than being killed, they were humbled by being reduced to a form even lower than humans
Greed - Sacrificed himself to save what he truly cared about
And another small note on why Pride survived, it's because the sin of pride is not only considered the original and most dangerous sin, it is also considered the most difficult to overcome and be away with due to how easy it is to slip back into.
I really held back my tears but seeing Hohenheim die in front of Trisha with a smile on his face did it for me. I couldn't stop crying 😭😭😭

The 1-2 punch. Like Al sacrificing himself immediately followed up by Greed's admission in the previous episode. 😢
Tears are shed everytime watching that scene. Doesn't matter if it was the first time I watched it or the twelfth (I've stopped counting after about 10), I can't hold it together during that scene
For me I couldn't stop after Ed called him a "rotten father" and gave him that look like "Please, I don't want to lose you that way."
There's a line that didn't make it into the anime from the manga, when Truth was talking to Father... or I thought, I can't quite find evidence of it now that I go looking for it, but the point being the line was:
"Stealing the power of god doesn't make you a god. It just makes you a thief."
and I always thought that was a nice line.
There's various translations, but according to the translation on MangaDex, "You think stealing something valuable for yourself makes you superior? Listen well, thief, creatures like you should be happy with what they get... Life in a flask was more than enough for you"
This is as much Hohenheim’s story as it is Ed and Al’s. Seeing him finally get rest, even after deciding he finally wanted to keep living, is always a tear jerker.
It will never not hurt me. 😢 He didnt spend much time with Trisha, create father and son memories with Ed and Al after Ed finally accepting him, and he didnt get to see his grandchildren. 😭😭😭 Hohenheim is so selfless, I'll always shed tears for his death.
@@junkyuseum well if you think about it, he probably died happy knowing that his sons were heroes and great people who saved countless others, and would almost certainly go on to have long happy lives
@@qwerty_314 i know he died happy. But the fact that he finally wanted to live more in his last moments is just soooo heartbreaking
13:15 I love that you guys picked up on this especially when several episodes back you guys were theorizing why you think Greed of all sins was given the shield powers and you mentioned something about how it’d make sense for a greedy character to want to shield themselves like a way of keeping all your possessions to yourself… So the irony in Greeds biggest feat with the ultimate shield being him shielding everyone else (the world & his friends- things he previously called his “possessions”) from Father is such a great way of ending his arc.
Also a little detail during Greeds death that really stood out to me; Greeds core dying memory of Ed is Ed asking him to “join his team”, not Ed saying he’s gonna work for Greed… Which is interesting because Greed always kept up that act of being the selfish and controlling “boss” over all his “possessions” when in reality it was Ed reaching out and offering community to Greed that meant the most to him about their relationship… Idk once you realize Greeds avarice is a product of his perpetual loneliness/emptiness, all the Greed/Ling/Ed interactions during ep 45-49 become that much more meaningful.
Now that you talk about that, it would be interesting to see what was the symbolic of each homonculi's powers ...for example, Envy. The envy can also be seen as the jealousy, jealousy of someone else, the jealousy of what that person has, the jealousy of not being that person, at a point that you want to be this person.
Gluttony being able to eat absolutely anything speak for itself
Sloth...it's a bit harder, sloth has great physical abilities, but would rather sleep, without caring to waste his potential, he's just lazy, which is close to sloth.
Pride...pride is often a way to hide our on insecurities. We become arrogant over things we're good at to hide the things we doubt about, and here, this is a reverse case, the insecurity is shown has a harmless little boy, that hides his arrogance and overconfidence (not sure about that one)
For lust ...I don't really know...if I would make things simple...her claws can be as long as she wants, and she uses to penetrate and pierce her foes bodies...but...this is too simple and childish... So...I don't know
And for Wrath...I don't have a clue either...

I love how Father tells Greed "begone fool, return to nothing!" and in the end, father is returned to nothing for his own foolish arrogance
The Truth has this bad habit of randomly take body parts of the payment from people entering the alchemy shop.
(Not that random actually. Mustang must pay with his eyes, because he has a vision for this country. And Teacher lost her womb I guess, for wanting her baby)
But this time Truth let Edward choose what will be the payment.
That's because Edward is a loyal customer who always comeback for more.
Considering Edward can no longer transmute and so can never see the truth again, that seems like an awful business decision on Truth's part 😂
Not really, Truth let Ed take everything he wanted because he learned what truth taught him, that he's nothing but a mere human, not a god, he learned the real truth that truth itself wanted to tell him. Plus, here, Ed gave his own door, which is his alchemy knowledge and abilities, but also his way out, this door has a value far more important than anything else.
If it wasn't for his Link with his brother's soul, Ed would be stuck in truth's realm without any gateway
I love that when Ed’s giving up his door of truth and the truth is saying “goodbye Edward Elric” you can hear Ed’s noice mixed in with the truth. It’s such a small touch but I love it.
In the Japanese version truth is always the same voice

As in truths voice is always the same voice as the person at the gate. That way you know that one is all and all is one type thing

Fun fact from the manga! In the last volume you actually get to see Hoenhiem's reunion with Trisha on the hill where their house was after he passed. It's a cute heartfelt moment to see.

He did sacrifice time with his wife and sons, including their relationship to try and stop father's plans.
FMA BH really said "let's make the coolest and most emotional story about the power of friendship ever" and succeeded. And it wasn't some magical super boost, it was just the plain truth. Who needs the power of God when I have the people I care about by my side. That's the answer. I love it. ❤️

7.: Greed. Despite all his insistence of how selfish and greedy he is and how he only cares about himself, in the end he commits the ultimate act of selflessness: Giving his own life to stop Father and save his friends, whom he had grown to genuinely love and value.
What makes this even better is that in doing so, Greed displayed charity; the virtue that opposes greed.
something i realised rewatching these reactions, is one of the first lines Greed has in this series is "My name's Greed, and I want to be your friend"
it's also the thesis statement for his entire character.
Glad you picked up on Ed's voice mixing with Truth's at the end! Took me 3+ watches to notice that!
The ending credits animation was basically Hoenheims life flashing before his eyes. A whole montage of mostly events that Hoenheim went through.
Every time we've been in the Truth and saw the gateways, there was always some type of writing on them, that being what the person who the gateway belongs to learned. Father's gateway is empty because even though he did everything for knowledge, he learned nothing.
greeds death always makes me sob no matter how many times ive seen it
The way I understand it regarding to the door marking, is that the marking indicates each individual’s understanding of the truth which they learned along the way, but Father had never learned anything other than plotting to gain more power, to be “perfect “, which is why his door appeared to be blank.

So, I usually don't take the time to discuss this, but you guys' perception about the show have been so amazing that I might as well share it.
There's this false sense of understanding that when Ed/Izumi/Roy performed the human transmutation they traded body parts for the thing they reanimated, when in fact that's not true, the exchange is about trading body parts for alchemy knowledge (remember way back in episode 2, when Ed is thrown into the portal of truth and explain how all the knowledge about alchemy was forced into his brain, and when he gets out of it he understands the flaws of his theories), one that should be unattainable through simple study, such as performing alchemy with no transmutation circle, or creating life (remember they figured out the "thing" they reanimated was not their mother, they essentially created a new deformed life, a simpler version of what Father does when he recreates the population of Xerxes back in ep. 61).
So what Ed realizes is the same as Al did in ep. 62! When he understands there was an equivalent exchange between Ed's arm and the bound of his soul to the suit of armor, so the reverse should be possible, since it keeps the equivalent exchange. Ed realizes he traded Al's body for his alchemy knowledge, and offer the truth to trade it back.
This show is an absolute masterpiece in every detail, and it has been a ride re watching with you guys. Thank you so much, you are both unbelievably amazing. ❤
Everytime I rewatch FMAB with this Hohenheim scene. It NEVER failed to make me cry. And now I'm crying again no matter how many times I watch this.😭😭
Ed beat his arrogance and accepted that he was just a simple human being. Remember the episode they exposed the fake priest, how arrogant he was against Rose, he felt like he could do anything. He beat his "Pride" ;) Thus he completed his change and was able to win, to bring back his brother :)
I just love this so much. I nearly cried. Seeing Ed and Al's journey is genuinely emotional. Ed helping AL back has me almost tearing up! This show just has me feeling this way. I can't explain it. I love it!
I love the way he gets Al back. It makes complete sense when you think about it. None of this would've ever been possible without alchemy to begin with.
With how he went out, the Dwarf was definitely Envy's father
Good catch on the Dwarfs door being empty of glyphs. Kinda emphasizes truth is in the eye of the beholder
I think the Dwarf's truest motivations were actually his last words as a person. He wanted to be free from his flask, but even when he left, he still only saw himself as trapped, and he was kinda right. The universe is Truth, so even as a person, he just moved into a bigger flask, still bound to consequences. He didn't want to absorb truth for anything but the desire to be above consequences, to be the guy who makes the rules. Meanwhile Ed is still trapped in the flask, bound to the consequences of alchemy and his own actions, but he found true happiness in the people around him. That is the truest freedom a human can have
Funny thing is when father asked truth "What's wrong with craving knowledge and seeking perfection", I feel like the reason Truth remained quiet was because he really didn't have an answer to it because nothing is wrong with seeking perfection for yourself, it's just that it doesn't exist and the lengths father went to acheive it.
Father got what he wanted though. He became God.
"Perfection and Power are overrated. I think you are very wise to choose happiness and love" - Iroh, The Dragon of the West.
Well, you could say that perfection lies inside happiness and love.
"Lan Fan has a philosopher's stone, so you don't even need me any more, kid."
"But I do!"

RIP, Hohenheim. You weren't quite the MVP that the chimeras were, but you were close. But seriously, he's such an incredible character. There's no other way he could've died that would've been as fitting as him returning to Trisha. What I've always found interesting is how Ed and Al spent so many years trying to get their original bodies back, and yet the answer was right there in front of them the whole time: equivalent exchange. Al figured it out first, then Ed took it a step further. When you do alchemy, you have to give up something in exchange. But what if you give up your alchemy... It's the perfect way to demonstrate the show's themes and resolve the story. And it's not over yet...
I've watched the ending of this episode like 1000 times and I always cry.

Best anime character for me, so underrated
The moral of the story is literally "True alchemy were the friends we've made along the way"
just an explanation, Ed destroyed his own portal and then they left the truth through Al's portal, remember how their souls intertwined when they tried to bring their mother back? That's how it was able to work :)

Ed was literally fist-fighting god...
I'm atheist, I grew up in a religious family, pretty humble and devoted, my late aunt was a nun. I love the way religion is portrayed in so many ways here, I kind of see ed and al father as Jesus, the way he is portrayed as a mesias for shin people, his "trip" through the desert, the way he protected al, ed and their teacher, he looked like crucified in that scene and the "because I'm ur father"... in the other hand we have the homunculus father, he is far away from humanity, he rejected any bond with his human origins.. it reminds me about how religion pushes Jesus far away from humans, the only idea that he could have a family is against any belief, the fact that he could have human desires... I always remember this poem where, Maria, his mother is broken apart from his death and he, in all his humanity, as her son, feels her pain and care for her, he is portrayed as a simple human, a human who feels, who wish, who loves and cares..... I was thinking about this watching this and the last episode.
Also, the death of Edward's dad.. I found it so beautiful, a fulfilling life, I felt that scene, I feel it every time I re watch this anime... just beautiful.
In the manga, Truth is far more composed when Ed gets Al back. Instead of "That's the right answer! Good job! You beat me!" it's more like "That is the correct answer. Well done, alchemist."

Greed in this reminds me a bit of some of the stuff in Terry Pratchett's Discworld books, especially his YA Tiffany Aching ones- greed isn't always bad, and can be turned into a weapon of good to protect what is claimed as yours, just the other side of the coin from selflessness.
Her not crying to Hoenheim's death is a legit red flag.

to pad the wait between your updates, i’ve been watching around other fma:b reactions, so when ed yells at hoenheim about sacrificing himself, or hoenheim at trisha’s grave rolled around…i thought i steeled myself up against the tears. still teared up in sync with kenny for both parts 😭
during the two back-to-back episodes where the boys witness the baby being born, and when they go to visit their teacher, you guys made some really cool statements about life and the connection of things that complemented the show so well and resonated with me SO much…you two had me hooked right there. i started rewatching the series on my own time. you have both been so incredibly special to watch this show with. practically pulling thoughts from my brain verbatim. giving me perspectives that my brain hasn’t had the creativity to feel since the first time i watched this series. you’re both so emotionally intelligent, perceptive, and bring such positivity every time i hit play on your videos.
and now we’re almost done!! i can’t wait to hear your final thoughts on the series. and also looks like i’ll finally have an excuse to watch death note soon
I watched it all along with you, and I was always pleased with your reactios, amazed by you insight and skill to undertand alchemy and predict events in the series. I cried with you, and laughed along too.
But above all else. I am so proud of you two.
You can see Ed figure it out, staring at his hands and Als lifeless armor. Ed gave his right arm to save Als soul, Al gave his soul to restore Ed's arm. So what lost Al his body? His Alchemy. Ed's confidence and pride in his alchemy cost Al his body, so if he were to give all of the vast information in his portal of truth, that would cover it, right?
Ironic Homunculus Death: Greed. Greed died realizing he got what he wanted. True friends. He figured out what he was truly greedy for. He died without greed.
Greed's death always gets me. I love him and I will miss him ad Ling's dynamic, they were so cool together. Greed was so well written. I can't wait to see your reaction tot he finale.
Al traded his soul back to truth for Ed's arm because that was the original exchange. Ed did the same with his portal of truth because he unlocked it after losing his brother, but this time he did the reverse to get al back

The reason why my name has always been inspired by Hohenhiem, my favorite character. Im glad kenny felt exactly like how i did when he passed. Such an amazing journey rewatching my favorite show of all time with you guys. I found you through this series and ive rewatched your ATLA, LOK, and AOT series in between waiting for these episodes. You have a forever fan in me! Also, can wait for the tearbending in the last episode!!!!!

Fun fact. In the 1500s there was an Alchemist named Hohenheim.
OHH My God this was an amazing journey through this whole time. From beginning even till now it was fantastic. I cried three times this episode, firstly on the scene of Greed's death, then on the whole of just Ed thinking and realizing what he needs to do and sacrificing his alchemy to bring his brother back (which is his nothing to you if you get your little or any brother, sister any loved ones back in that case, cuz I know I would have probably done the same as an elder sister to bring back my little siblings and yeah) and the final moment of Hohenhiem.
My theory to why Father's door was blank is because it's the other side of everyone else's door. He's not a human and could not perform alchemy on his own without a stone, but he carried the knowledge of alchemy which every door has.
The bit with Hohenheim at the end makes me cry too, man ;w; what a phenomenal show
I have thought of the line "I'm just a simple human that couldn't save a little girl" daily since 2009. That callback to Nina tucker and her dog Alexander from the very beginning cut me to my core and altered my brain chemistry.
the themes, the pacing, the story, the charcters 100/10 immaculate. I will watch it again.
I haven’t seen anyone mention this, but it’s worth noting that Ed calls Hohenheim his father for the first time when he yells at him to shut up. He truly understands that he loves them, despite his mistakes.
Kenny definitely got a look there when Ed said "You passed threw ur own portal of truth".
So death note is next.
From a show where the MC try to stop someone from becoming a God.

Ed was able to get Al back because he could do what Father/The Dwarf was unwilling, or unable to do for all of his greed: reject power.
Truth not replying to Father when he said what's wrong about seeking perfection was nothing.
Implying father intentions weren't wrong but how he went about it and removing his 7 desires was why he failed
He's exchanging his ability and knowledge of alchemy for Al's body, that's the price he pays
This has always been my favorite anime, hands down, and that opinion has only been cemented further after experiencing it again through you guys!

An interesting small detail of Truth, is that whenever they're seen, it takes the form of those that it is with. It's hard to tell with heights in a white void, but every time it's always been eye to eye and overall shape of whoever arrives at the portal/dimension of truth.
What a journey! So great and so sad to be coming to the end.
I've been wanting to say for so long, i really recommend to (everyone) watch Ed's first human transmutation and then his last. The differences are so amazing this show is so full circle in every way
“What’s wrong with craving knowledge?” Nothing, but it’s how you obtain it and use it that matters. He wanted perfection but that is a wasteful goal because everyone has their own ideas of what being perfect is.
I feel you on that last death and the tears. Teared up all over again.
Ed succeeding where Father failed because of his humility ("that's all I've ever been" tied back to Izumi's teachings of "I am the one") while Father was prideful to the end is beautiful writing.

I have to say, I admire how unashamed you are when you show your emotions. You cry so freely. I say I admire it because of the amount of people who seem to view emotion (especially in men) as a weakness. It takes strength to unashamedly wear your emotions, and I admire both of you for it.
just as an fyi after watching the series now the first opening of the series takes on a whole lot more and different meanings that could not be glanced at upon first seeing it. i suggest rewatching that opening again(hihi cuz it's called again) because the ammount of changes it has is so astronomical once you finished the series. hell before you might not have noticed but the first 10 seconds of the opening is basically the entirety of hoenheims story burned down to it's trully essencial moments of his life and the very profound effects it had on him
The original "Eureka Seven" from 2005
For me it's the most underrated but also my favourite anime that will never win a poll. It is really a beautiful und moving show that has just the right amount of action, drama and romance packed with real good characters and their development in a fantastic world you will end up missing.
It was also made from the same studio as FullMetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.
Also theres a lore video that theorizes the Dwarfs name was Mercurius, a fragment of the dark part of the Truth (the big eye and grabby hands)
