This game is starting to annoy me more and more as I progress into the difficulty levels. Devs are using such a BS tacktics to make it artificially difficult: 1. They are breaking they own formation rules aka if the play can't equip multiple copies of the same unit, why does enemy do this. 2. We are constantly fighting enemies that are 30-50 levels over us, and devs making formations like 2 tanks, 2 healers, 1 DPS... is just cheap and annoying. True DPS check. 3. DOT outlive mechanic ... enemy is constantly 30-50 levels over aka they atk is so high that DOTs will whipe your teams easily, and our cleansers won't be able to keep up because devs are putting 2 AOE DOTs. And there is no strategy... since you don't control the battle, you rely on AI to make the moves. I don't don't understand the stupid logic behind the AI coding where your units will constantly attack an enemy with Damage immunity shield while other non dmg immune units are still on the field. Damage immunity shield is not the same as provoke. Devs got a LOT of work to do on this game before we can call it a finished product.
I don’t agree with this take. The game has stages that challenge us, each floor is meant to be a problem we have to navigate. I’m f2p and I’ve had no issues with playing and climbing. It’s been a blast
interesting point of views. i dont really care about 2 of the same on the enemy team as it's something different you wont face arena. for the DOT this just leads me to switch up heroes to cancel them out and kil them first. i never thought much about the immunity but you are right it isnt provoke. but on the other hand a kaion will hit the other heroes with it along with dolocus and ken. so a lot of it is knowing the enemy skills and counter them. but they are all good points to make and i appreciate your point of view. for me i've played their other games so it makes this one feel 10x better
I often times use Sander - in a team with Kaion, Aolmond, Lulu, Abala - to counter opposing Fleta(s). I also make sure he's the one with lowest HP by unequipping hat/jacket if needed. This way if he gets one-shotted he will still do his thing and by the time his ghost form ends he will usually also stick around thanks to Aolmond's heals. I don't like my Aol/Lulu to be targeted right off the bat by fucking Fletas lol
I just beat 11-35 using: Front line: Zeke(7star) Second line: Abala(9star) richelle(10star) 3rd line: Milia(9star) Ulion(7star) Don’t know if that helps you or not, but Zeke takes most initial aggrieved outside of special attacks (highest atk, lowest hp, specific lines) while also having a multi row attack potential with his energy attack. -Richelle to give shields to everyone when placed middle-right. -Abala placed directly center, high single target damage potential as well as an extra shield for ally -Uilion and Milia to Crit down all of the damage dealers one at a time. If Milia gets the chance to stack her awakening, good luck to the opponents.
i just actually made a video on ancenstral. because there is not a lot of heroes per race you pretty much want to use them all based by the enemies you are going up against
Need help getting past 10-35 it also could just be that I’m only 2 weeks into the game and have level 100s I can get everyone but the boss killed she just out heals my heroes I have really good gear and runes equipped f2p player got lucky on legendary runes
Or you get lucky like me and use void. One of his skills is that who he kills cannot be revived. he came in clutch. He’s one of my main souls because of that.
Have a void or any other CC immune character with highest attack you will one shot the stage easily. I happened to have one at the time and it felt the same as any other easier chapter

Let me add that it also took me a while to understand the *star* rating of heroes as a normal epic comes by default as a 5 star.

In my opinion, olga is slept on as a hard carry tank. She and sol have carried my to chapter 16 and I’m only lvl 46

IPMB, how does Dodging work in SOULS? Which is the benefit for heroes who dodge?
Dodge isn’t that strong in this game as it was explained to me because dodge = 50% damage not 100% and I guess scaling isn’t the best either
yeah it's a little bit funny in this game but pretty much you are avoiding a majority of the hit

Use taros front line then place kaion on the second line the use lulu 4 star taros and that poison lady. Easy win

Why does my kaion not life steal as good as some other people's?
It helps when you have a lulu on your team. When both have good attack it works well if you hit enough enemies
