How're the boys? I had a similar story to Johnny Smacks where i went into a McDonald's in paris france on a school tour in 2009 ... when it game to the time to pay for food the checkout lad tells me what i need to pay ..of course not knowing a word of french i just got every bit of change in my pocket the checkout man just smacks all the change out of his hand and coins fly everywhere i end up just giving him a tener note and walked out with my food .... podcast is some crack lads keep it up!
Having the mammy bail you out isn't universal, I remember when I got my grant in college the mother would hit me up for a few pound most months. To be fair she said me for 18 years up to that point, and she was fairly tight for cash with three of us in college at the same time
On tipping, I lived in Glasgow for a year and tipping is common enough over there aswell and you'd say to the barman as he's Charging ya up "take a pound for yourself" and that would be it, I tell ya on a Saturday they wouldn't be long building up them pound coins
I worked in McDonald's in limerick when I was 16 and got tips I got a 5r for getting an owld one a packet of ketchup and €2 for getting chicken nuggets for someone on the drive true who forgot
While watching the start I was thinking this sounds so familiar. Then I remembered I was listening to the podcast on Monday 😂😂
