What I like about Bijan is how patient he is waiting for his block to set up in between the tackles . He has elite vision as a rookie. Bijan is going to be very special for us !! Let’s go and rise up Falcons fans!!
Yes, without that the Falcons do not make that 4th down and it goes down as a terrible call. Bijan had the vision and the patience to let his blocker block and go where he needed to be.
I'm not saying he's as good (I don't think anybody ever was), but I haven't seen a guy make obscene cuts like Bijan since Barry Sanders...😮
Those are professional runs I was telling everyone that don't show up on highlight reels... Bijan always seems to turn negative plays into something. Last week it was the screen pass and this week it's that conversion.

Big time win for Atlanta. Desmond Ridder struggled early, but he stayed patient and took what the defense gave him that led to this outcome. Jordan Love continues to impress me in these first couple weeks of the season, and you can tell that he really learned how to play quarterback from Aaron Rodgers
Love had more chance of getting with Beyoncé than winning the game….
Love without his main weapons and still keeping the game close is crazy to me. Falcons will succumb to the buccs again like always.
He's great. Now, he needs to learn to close the game out. Also, I felt like gb coaching was just playing "safe." Atlanta played excellent in all 3 phases. That's why they won. Oh, and Bijan Robinson is amazing.
Throwing a sidearm screen pass is not the thing you want when comparing Love to Rodgers.
You want deep ball accuracy and ability to come up in clutch moments late in the game...Love didn't have either of those

The one weapon the Falcons have that I don't think other teams are really thinking about? Ridder running. He proved that today. He doesn't have to do it often, but he can scoot when he needs to.
He's quick, knows when to slide, knows when to run out of bounds. Knows when to throw the ball away. I'm liking what I'm seeing.

Bijan had 2 of the best ten to twelve yard runs I've ever seen. Early with the cuts like a knife, amd later when he rolled with the wall of blockers, that one was hard to fathom at first, had to see it again to truly appreciate it

Falcons are a good team. They need more work on defense. Not horrible but that is the side of the ball that needs the most help. On offense, Ridder needs to not make those mistakes. The running game is elite. Bijan gets 3-5 extra yards almost every rush. Even when he does not get the ball, the play fake opens up many plays. How many of the Falcons offensive highlights either involved Bijan directly or started with a fake to him. Allgeier is a very good second RB and London is a very good receiver. The Falcons just need to finish off more drives with TDs and not FGs. Overall the future is looking bright for the dirty birds. I do not think they will be completely there this year but with just some more experience and a few more pieces then watch out. They are very close.

They are not. They beat two bad football teams. They will for sure miss the playoffs.
Like Detroit, Atlanta will surprise some people this year...but they really shouldn't be surprised. These are young, fast teams that are well-coached and compete hard week-in, week-out. Both teams have been steadily building for the last couple of seasons, trying to find an identity they can unify behind. Detroit got there a few games faster but look out for these dudes! You can tell they want to play for each other.
Ridder's cool head, accuracy, quick release and arm strength all really impressed me. We'll see if that holds up as opposing D's get more tape on him over the next few games.
And maybe the owners and GMs have FINANCIALLY devalued running backs recently, but you don't have to look beyond ATL to see the importance of having a strong running game -- I know we'll need a bigger sample size to be certain but I'm already pretty confident that Bijan Robinson and Tyler Allgeier are the best RB tandem in the league. I'm not a Falcons fan; I'm just calling it like I sees it.

ATL has gotten off to a surprising 2-0 start. GB has definitely found their QB in Love. The NFC South is completely wide open and yes ATL can win it. Congrats on the win. 👍.

What a game!!!!! What a comeback. Absolutely unreal. From down by 12 in the 4th quarter the defense steps up and the offense capitalizes, and the defense comes up with a clutch stop to secure the win. An incredible game from both sides, arthur smith made some very risky calls but it overall worked out. So glad atlanta was able to find a way to win it man. Desmond Ridder great game, Bijan Robinson is absolutely unreal he is going to be a star. Great comeback and atlanta is 2-0 for the first time since 2017. Tougher test next week as to Detroit we go. #RiseUp

Play calling by the packers was so frustrating after their 3rd TD drive. On all of the packers scoring drives they mixed it up and were aggressive on 1st down, then as soon as they build a solid lead they just shut down and played not to lose. Also AJ Dillon is not him that much has to be clear now.
I agree. AJ Dillon has gotten worse since his rookie year. I believe we either flip him, or just draft a rb, and don’t resign Dillon.

Joe Barry is the king of playing his defenders 10 yards off on 3rd and short. And for such a big guy, AJ Dillon gets barely any yards after contact. Hes like Aaron Jones but much slower, less explosive, and worse at catching out of the backfield. Basically worse at alot and better at nothing than Jones
Expected so much more out of him when drafted. I think they'd been better handing off to Wilson.

Falcons got a good amount of chunk plays, but you're pass defense played well the first 3 quarters, and not every team you gave will have Bijan and Allgeier.
Those guys are hard to stop no matter what. Your defense will perform better against other run games.

I like the Falcons sporting helmets from 50 years ago - looks great. Their jerseys ant pants were a little different back then - seems like the pants were gray with side stripes. This was a good football game to watch!

(judging from highlights) both of these teams, while having inexperience at QB and other positions seem so in sync, free-flowing and relaxed. Really cool to see that when there was so much doubt about the respective teams this season.

DR9 showed us in the second half that he could be our QB1. He found a rhythm and figured out the defense. You all just get inpatient.

I'd like to point out that Jaire Alexander dropped a pick (which could've potentially turned into a pick 6) and Quay Walker dropped a pick as well. Both uncontested drops. The momentum swings those plays cause, the potential for points on ensuing drives.. i don't look at this so much as a collapse. Give Atlanta credit for continuing to play their type of ball and continue to run (that 4th down call was ballsy!) to get back into it. We (packers fan here, and owner! =D) needed to capitalize and we didn't. And a side note, Keisean Nixon running the ball out of the endzone 9 yards deep is crazy to me... and he did it twice. That needs to be checked.

I'm a Packers fan and have always been one...and this team will have to show me they are the real deal. I don't blindly say my team is good or is going to win every year. Not even with Favre or Rodgers. This team has potential in a few years though.
