It’s all very satisfying working on these old bikes. Well sometimes it is😅. I like that Lucas grease and generally have great success with Lucas products. I would say you don’t have to worry about the too much grease because I’ve done this job many times and just slathered the grease everywhere, just caked it on and never had a clutch problem. Looking forward to you setting up the mouse trap 😂 that’s a job that separates the men from the boys 😢
@Mr39knuck Thanks for your knowledge, it's appreciated. That relieves some anxiety..Lol As far as the mouse trap......... I love a challenge. Pacific Mike has a great video on adjusting one.
@@SilverNutsGarage-di5ls Yes Pacific Mike is a great teacher. Everybody makes a big deal out of the dual points being tough to adjust, but they’re also a satisfying challenge and I’m convinced the bike runs more smoothly because it has dual points. I’ll keep watching and one day, We’ll see you out on the road 😀
Lol........ I've been wondering where these duel points will take me. I've heard stories about them and how I should throw them in the trash and convert them to a single point system, and I'm not going to do that. These duel points are going to take me all the way to the scene of the crash. Might have to reach out if I have trouble. Until then...........
