The old cooldown was definitely not 5 seconds. I used retro against someone that was camping in an old server because I learned that rpg usage glitches the vine grab and you could still move freely. However despite that, I would immediately revined because they could just use ability again.
Lesson here is if you see someone server camping with unrevamped glove; dont fight them. Use megarock or someone else uses it and then spam za hando to make them angry and leave.

DV should've put even more tencells (the skeleton guys). I put so many that they lagged the enemies and caused them to slow down a lot lol. They also dealt like 400dps or so
