This was quite a genuine treat to watch.
There's something wholesome about watching a guy with a snazzy helmet vibing while he's mixing some tracks while life does its thing around him. Looks like a very lovely home.

The white marks on the mask immediately reminded me of the PCB-like traces on the costumes in Tron. It'd be cool to see a mask like that light up in a dark room. Later, I see Tron Legacy playing in the background. 🙂

it’s really strange considering that i grew up listening to the first variations of chillwave which didn’t sound like this at all. i think the youth is doomed to get lost in translation but that is the joy that is discovering something for the very first time. Synthwave often gets misinterpreted as chillwave and vice versa, but whose to blame for that when all of it sounds great anyways. I guess i’m a bit sad that all of the original chillwave artist have been long forgotten and buried under the hype that became of it, vitality and the internet age moves quickly and if you weren’t around for a specific moment in time, chances are it may never reach you, but if it does, consider it destiny.
