I couldn’t agree more!! I’ve been thinking what she said for the last few months. Trump just seemed to me to be far too confident, and that, to me, speaks to him having some sort of cheat in place that he’s real confident will work. I am deeply disappointed in JD Vance. His memoir was amazing, and my father’s experience in South Africa being so similar, did get my attention.

Potential Challengers/0pponents are eliminated by various means, including death/imprisonment, which would not be so different from what Trump and Project 2025 are proposing!
Funding in many European countries is spread equally across the parties to ensure fairness, plus TV ads across State broadcasters are equally controlled.
Few voting systems are perfect and some are much less so than others.
If, per chance, Trump should somehow win, it might be interesting to see how many countries prevent access to a convicted person.

Donald Trump has no ideas about creating a new economy with new technologies that are ready to go and only need the approval and application of the folks who are currently in charge. We can make these changes while we dwell peacefully with the technologies of the past. But these ideas are not in Donald Trump's wheelhouse. The choice is clear. We must get out and vote blue and be ready to wait out the antics of the giant toddler and stay strong.
