I do wonder why people will look around trying to find why they're taking damage rather than just running when they start getting hurt. Also, the Elder Mimic is terrifying. Like, imagine hearing a scream followed by the "A feast for the prince begins" text, then just turning a corner and seeing an Elder Mimic's over a roomful of bodies in near-complete darkenss. I'd have quit in fear.
Everything else about the Vita mimic is cool, but the only two gripes I have with him is the fact that he’s way too fast and does too much damage to you, it’s like everytime he sees you, you can’t even get away, no matter what I do, every corner I quickly turn, every time I try to juke him, he’s just way too impossible to run from, those are the only two things about him that I think should be nerfed quite a bit, but other than that he’s a cool character👍
And the gripes I have can probably go to some of the other killers too who are too fast and op (not all the killers, just some👍), especially the killers who can teleport to where you are and has every survivor in a red highlight to see where their position is.

i’m pretty sure you need a lot of kills to get 30 dmg and the target has to be isolated (solo) so the mimic gets bonus dmg plus the cherry on top is how you apply bleed effect you need to just walk 2 seconds for it to work (using the second ability) they have to be in your line of sight or close to you to get tagged
Pretty sure it’s 3 shot. First hit you give them bleed, second hit you get them to a little less than half, third hit you kill them. I have never one shot someone when they’re bleeding and having 30 damage.
There is literally no way Minic ever one shots. I think the only time he has one shot is when he hits someone that has flimsy after he used the echolocation ability on them.

If he lives in an area where he can successfully feed with a lot of humans and has a lot of food in his disposal he will transform into an almost identical human being. But if he has a hard time finding humans for food then he will evolve to his elder stage where he is considered to be a master at hunting and a vicious predator
I'm the only one who notices that sometimes weird sounds come out randomly in the game, it's kind of weird, example: 3:052:59 / (it sounds like an old machine saying codes, I don't know how to explain it)
Vita mimic genuinely scares the eff outta me compared to all other monsters, good thing its kill animation is kinda goofy lol
Elder makes it more terrifying
Watch the series, you’ll have PLENTY of fun seeing what horrible things the mimic does

The random sounds are from the first Pillar Chase game. The dev wanted to add them as a call back to the first pillar Chase game.
