80s-90s sports cars. Coolest looking cars point blank. Esprit, NSX, Countach, Diablo, Jalpa, Corvette c4, Iroc, 308,328, Testarossa, F40, 944, 911,etc.. I mean any thing from this era really lol
I own that exact car with a grey interior. Owned it since 2000. I’ve done many upgrades over the years , mainly replacing worn out parts with something better. Spax shocks, Momo wheel, upgrade AC, aluminum fuel tanks, too name a few. Tires are an issue and I have 16’ front and back. Yoko’s and Toyo track day tires are the only matched option. Did you do the Wilwood conversion yourself. I’d like to do that. I’ll call you perhaps. Anyway I have 79,000 miles and I have spent some money over the years on the car but no more than owning a similar Porsche or 308 and thos can’t keep pace with a well maintained Esprit. THEY ARE GREAT CARS,

Thanks for the video. I have two corrections: 1. The S3 was the last of the Giugiaro design. The SE is part of the X180 generation which was followed by the S4. 2. The final Esprit redesign was an update by Russell Carr.

I have one of these cars as well. They are really fun to drive. I had the same issues with the lamination for the wood, but I just redid it in a darker laminate

One of those cars that appears to be going 30+ mph even when at a standstill. Perfect PCH cruiser! Is your car named after Tyco Station in the Expanse or …..? I agree with your using it as a daily driver, having fun and selling it on to a collector after a few years for restoration.

@@xjk5Mikel no worries. 179hp would be for the naturally aspirated version. The SE should be putting out around 197kW (207kW on overboost).
