4:44 with all due respect you should have never give tutorial about AI, what you should have done in the first place is make stories on your channel, unfortunately that is what other channel do, copy others, good luck on your channel.

piclumen is an image generator. Runway is a video generator

There is nothing called better. Depending on your content, the required tool might be differ. I suggest you to try and see.
