Here's an idea Andy ‼️. Since guessing a formation correctly is rare: If the person guesses the other's formation, they keep that knowledge to themselves. Normal squad building resumes. 👍🏽 At the end of the squad building, the person reveals the SURPRISE that they guessed the formation! Now the other person has to select a formation at random and fit the same 11 players they chose into that new formation. Bound to cause players to be out of position and off chem. There is the potential that the person selects a random formation that ends up being fine for his existing players which is a nice saving grace/counter. 🤷🏾♂️
If someone gusses your formation and chooses not to change it. How about they get a random pick at the opponents team, and you downgrade the player they guessed to a normal gold? Just a fun idea 😅 keep up the good work Andy, glad to see you back in shape again! 😊

This would be a fun idea since if there’s only 3-4 players that would get chem, blocking a player would make it easier to guess the player.
I'd keep the guessing formations, but it's fun for there to be more options; you can do either an extra radioactive specifically (keeps it guessable, limited options), an extra position change, an extra trump card, an extra guess.. I'd personally go with if your formation gets guessed you scroll through most used nations (like in Team Takedowns none of that rule) and ban one nation for the building, so they have less players to consider when guessing.
I'd say if you guess the formation, you can apply whatever instructions you want to the Marque player. Say, for example, if it's a defender you put him on aggressive interceptions or a midfielder to cover wing instead of central.
I liked the rule in i think Fifa 21 where if formation was guessed you had the option of one extra guess per section. Is good when its hard squads around players i.e CR7 where saudi and portugese come really guessable and makes more interesting squads

A cool benefit for guessing the formation could be a “safe card”. A safe card is that the first player the other one guesses, will not be guessed if it gives sense? That you’re safe on the first guess. Then you can gamble and go more obvious for a good/expensive player, because if it would be written down, it won’t change the outcome
If your formation is guessed then instead of the other player getting extra chemistry breaker, you should not be able to use a chemistry breaker yourself to keep the formation. It would make it even more fun to watch for players from random league and random nation then
At the end of the squad building, it would be useful to choose when to use the trump card. When you guess the LW you use a trump card, you could guess CB and GK and then choose to put Pickett in goal and the slick CB

The other could be you could prevent one player being guessed. You could say I am going to protect salah and put salah in your team. I don't even think the endurance part - as in running a marathon (or more) every day for a year - is the most impressive part. Like don't get me wrong that's mental in itself but doing all of that across Africa is what makes it stand out. Miles upon miles in completely rural parts of the world, challenging environmental conditions from deserts to rainforest, danger of getting seriously ill without immediate medical help, being apart from your family / loves ones for so long... So Russ (Hardest Geezer) has been doing these things for a few years now. He ran from Istanbul to London. During his africa run he: Got seriously ill multiple times including Rhabdo and severe food poisoning, nearly had to stop coz a back injury, was robbed at gun point and kidnapped in the Congo so I think the name is justified. That aside he seems like a really sound guy
What if upon guessing your opponents formation, besides choosing what formation your guess uses, you also get a “shield” in which you get to protect any outfield position (bar the GK) from being guessed. Eg. would be if you wanted to use a bait LB like Alphonso Davies so you get to shield LB and guarantee getting him.

I think if someone guesses formation then there should be a random forfeit wheel with things that both help the guesser or hinders the opponent, things including: No chem breakers Gold cards only 2 x position changers Player reveal ( The opponent has to revel a position of guessers choice, cannot be turned into bronze/ guessed after) League/ nation block (guessers choice) Button change (opponent has to change their button layout to guessers pick) Block (guesser gets one block for a correct pick from opponent ) Camera change (guesser changes opponents camera to what ever they wish) 5 min down time (opponent has to put their controller down for 5 in game mins) Extra guess (for every section) Player switch (guesser get to say player switch to one player opponent chooses and opponent has to switch that player to another player) 2nd marquee (guesser chooses one player (must be previous marquee from another episode) and the opponent has to get them on full chem as normal)

If you guess a formation instead of saying 2 trump cards, you could do the whole guessing then at the end the opponent does a search and discard and whoever they pick they change that card to a trump. 2 trump cards only work if you guess correctly. This way they get a benefit for guessing the formation.
Maybe you could put a benefit of maybe one less discard (if there’s more than 1) so if you beat someone 3-1 and they’ve claimed this one less discard you only get one instead of two, it’s then a gamble on how they play in game and build their team (avoids stinky teams in theory)
One idea I got was that if you guess the formation, you could have one extra guess. For example if your opponent has two strikers and one cam, you could guess 3 st and 1 cam or 2 st and 2 cam. And you could use it just ones. If you used the extra guess on the attack you will not have it in the rest of the episode.
Also with the guessing the formations, have these 3, change the formation, 2 position changes or 2 chem breakers but they cant be the same type/icon and hero counts as 1 and fire and ice or radioactive counts as the other, seems abit jack54 but everyone will get it soon enough
If you get your formation guessed, you should keep the formation but lose your chemistry breaker and position change. Make it easier for the person who guessed right to then pick the players coming next…

One idea I got was that if you guess the formation, you could have one extra guess. For example if your opponent has two strikers and one cam, you could guess 3 st and 1 cam or 2 st and 2 cam. And you could use it just ones. If you used the extra guess on the attack you will not have it in the rest of the episode.
maybe when the guest got your formatie, then the guest secure 1 position except for GK? So if he wants Mbappe at striker, he can get that
Also with the guessing the formations, have these 3, change the formation, 2 position changes or 2 chem breakers but they cant be the same type/icon and hero counts as 1 and fire and ice or radioactive counts as the other, seems abit jack54 but everyone will get it soon enough
If you get your formation guessed, you should keep the formation but lose your chemistry breaker and position change. Make it easier for the person who guessed right to then pick the players coming next…
i still thinkk you should have the formation part of it but just do if you guess a formation you will get a extra trump card so remove the part where you can chance there formation or the can have 1 extra geus at a potion the want the can pick fx if you play 4-2-2-2 you are down at defend the the can guess 2 cb and 2 gk and that extra guess should be a 1 time use to you can use it 1 time thoug the hole guessing part hope it make sens what i mean
Why did that guy run from south Africa to the most northern part of Africa, surely its easier to run down to South Africa from the North bcoz you'd have gravity on your side and its easier to run downhill🤔

You should bring back the extra guess at each section. Also could do it that you don't have to say what you're taking so could pull out a second position change or trump card surprisingly.
Forcing your opponent to build a rainbow squad for guessing the formation could be good, would make the later guesses especially easier.
The algorithm didn’t let you down with the SBSD versus yourself for me, I just didn’t click on it tbh
I tbink keep the formation guesses but not to change the formation but for extra benefits ie extra trump or position change
