Hi girly ❤️ I feel you so hard on the break out breakdowns. You got a lot of great products with actives, so make sure you also are using/purchase a cream that is going to be helping you maintain a healthy skin barrier. The tolerane is good but a barrier serum will really help that burny/irritated feeling and preventing long term damage. Great Barrier relief serum,Cicarepair by dr jaart, or cicaplasm by la Roche are some good recommendations! When I was over using actives my skin was soo mad and irritated but these products really really helped me. Best of luck girl xx

I don’t know if you’re already doing it. But I would advice you to use a spf sunscreen after your La Roche Posay products, because they are very aggressive on your skin. I’ve used them for many years now but at first my skin got damage because of the exposition tu UV lights.

Hey!! Just wanted to share, I had the same problem with little bumps allll over my forehead, and my skin is super sensitive and picky with products. But the one product that completely cleared up the bumps for me were the Oxy brand salicylic acid face wipes. They’re little pads, and I just wipe it on my problem areas before I go to bed, and as long as I keep it up, it keeps my face clear of the weird little bumps! I haven’t had them for over a year now!! Give it a little time to clear them up, but I hope it helps!! 🫶🏼

Omg so about the face rash I think you mentioned having rosacea and I have it too, I ended up “breaking my skin barrier” and the rosacea spread to my forehead and cheeks exactly like that 😭 my derm told me to only use cerave cleanser and moisturizer while it heals and calms down and it’s worked a lot
Love love love your vlogs!! Have you ever looked into face mapping for your breakouts? It's super interesting and helped me realize what was actually going on inside my body that was causing me to breakout. I had these weird bumps that weren't really pimples with whiteheads, and I looked into my breakout areas with face mapping and realized it was something going on in my gut. I cut out gluten just to see what would happen and within a few weeks it disappeared because apparently I have a gluten intolerance! So it might be helpful to check out face mapping :)
I deal with the little under the skin bumps bad and random break outs. I have oily combo skin and I use the la roche posag moisturizer but the one that is for oily to combo skin bc if u use the other it’ll make u break out bc it’s clogging ur skin up!! I had to find that out the wrong way with the cleanser too

I’m also trying out the ordinary salicylic acid serum (the water base not the oil) and I had a break out along my jawline and hours after I put it on I could already see it helping!
ok literally was also having rly bad breakouts that I could not control but I started taking black seed oil and it has CHANGED MY LIFE literally only been a couple weeks and my skin is waaaaaaay better
It's best to add only one new thing at a time when you're dealing with problems with skincare or with diet, otherwise you won't know which thing is helping/hurting.

i have similar breakouts all over my face and found out it was folliculitis! there’s tons of ways to fix it and i use hibiclens for it!! sweating on your face and not washing it right after can also make it worse!!
I'm an ultra-marathon runner...quick tip: put your hydration flask in your vest before you put the vest on. So much easier! Have fun with your half marathon!!

Hey! I recently got a rash JUST like yours on my face. Everybody’s skin is different so take my advice how you will lol but I just stopped using everything except my face wash and moisturizer and when it was gone I slowly introduced everything else back into my routine and it really helped. ALSO the Adapalene you got WILL make you purge! I started using it 9 months ago probably and my skin just started really clearing around 3/4 months ago. I don’t know if this helps but I thought I would let you know :)

The tiny little bumps could be yeast (sounds gross, I know, but I think it’s pretty common). Often it’s due to moisture on your face (like sweat). I’m not a dermatologist, I’ve just had this before & thought I’d mention it! Love your videos 💕

Hey! I hate to say it but I had to stop drinking Alani because of my breakouts. 😟 it has biotin in it and that has always made me breakout. So I stopped drinking alani and I am so happy with the results on my skin. Love your content! 📚
I went to derm bc I also was breaking out with small bumps and she prescribed Clindamycin lotion and it was life changing. It basically kills the bacteria on your face that is causing the small bumps

It might be dermatitis I had to go to the dermatologist but also the avene cicalfate creams works wonders
i had this a couple months ago and my derm gave me a pill medication and she said that it doesn’t go away without it. your body can’t correct it but it went away so fast after that

Is the breakout actually eczema? You should stick to French skincare like avene, la roache pose and embryolisse because they are so much more ‘clean’, no added scents/colours etc and I always feel so chic using them
