- We thank the Hon'ble @pmoindia Shri @NarendraModi for congratulating 'Team CLAW' and 'Operation Blue Freedom - Land World Record at Siachen Glacier' Expedition Team.
Operation Blue Freedom expedition team created a New World Record at Siachen Glacier on 11 Sept 2021, Kumar Post when a team of 08 People with disabilities scaled the world's highest battlefield (Siachen Glacier).

Vivek Sahab is an inspiration to many people. I was unfit, obese and unhealthy... After listening and watching to Vivek Sahabs videos I started working out. His words are still fresh in my mind " Karna Hai Toh Bass Karna Hai" this is what I say to my self when ever I feel down or my mind is making excuses.
I was 127 Kgs, Now I am 99 Kgs.
I struggled to do one Pushup, now I do 10 pushups. (3 sets).
I had mood swings, Now I am mostly stable with nearly no mood swings.
I was unhappy with my self, now I feel better and happy with my body.

Your parents must be very proud for having a son like you.

Jacob sir you mentioned in one podcast that you were at bottom of the well. How does it feel now. I am facing same situation , topped in 10 class in school but came to to know i am medically unfit , made all the wrong choice ,barely passed 11th,stuck with wrong choices here ,. Life is seeming worthless.
