I love this idea of the heart not being a pump, with the idea of “4th phase” electrical, biological water. The capillaries are what actually drive blood flow, with each red blood cell being pushed through, single file, by the opposite charges of the cell and capillary walls. And with no friction because the force is applied from every direction around the (toroidally shaped!) cell. Like tiny little maglev trains floating on electromagnetism. It’s just a cool way to see it, and really way more intuitive than the standard model once you get past the paradigm shift.
Hope this might help anyone coming to these videos that still needs a “science-y” explanation for this stuff.

Check out the Heart Math Institute's heart coherence work they've done years also.

@@dragonstaye4557 Thanks! Yeah I agree with them, how the heart actually creates some kind of magnetic field that interacts with the life around it. I know a lot of people will cry "superstition!" when you start talking about collective consciousness, but Rupert Sheldrake's theories and experiments made it make sense, to me at least. And I really do see yoga (not just the postures but the whole thing, like the old yoga sutras, patanjali), as a way of strengthening that connection. At least that's why I'm watching all these videos lol

Interesting. Tom Cowan, formerly an MD, published a book about the heart not being a pump, and has taught theories involving water being alive and sentient, which I've always believed.

As a child this electromagnetic feeling of our blood instantly gave me anxiety and I refused to allow myself to feel this feeling until this video. I am so thankful for it and I know this is going to help me a lot with my yoga.
Its interesting that our faces hold a lot of this electromagnetic pull. Defiantly going to change the way I interact with people and objects around me!
