You showed 2 TBSP WHOLE GARAM MASALA. You should rather show it in a break up - how many cloves, whole black peppers, javitri/star anise, black cardamom, green cardamom, cinnemon stick, zeera etc. You should be specific about the measurement of each & ingriedient. 2 TBSP is specific if you use powder garam masala, but certainly not in whole garan masala..I'm sorry to say, that if you are not specific in your measurements then your viewrs may lose interest in watching your recipies on your channel, just mark my words.
