Ol Dry nHumper. Lol. And, I actually can xD lmao! Most people who watch fitness videos, live the fitness life. And 500 for the gym i go at. 600 is the new average internet boasting number. I can't bench 600 tho. And PLUS! Watch others who lift his numbers. Genes and drugs have advanced as much as technology has nowadays with these newer generations.

      Not sure how other level Maddox is. Kiril left early at a young age after setting the WR. No doubt he would already be over 800 if he stayed in the discipline. Another thing is that Maddox pushes the bar up with his chest. Not sure how that is even legal. Without that, his bench may be 50 pounds less or more.

    Sarychev handles the weights easily - but would having to keep his feet flat on the floor mess him up? He doesn't do the leg drive movement you can see in Julius Maddox's lifts.

    • @mmecm
      @mmecm 3 роки тому +1

      Still not stronger than Maddox. Maddox even stated that you drive your heels into the floor for more power from the back and stability.. he works his back every workout. Maddox doesn’t have the back arch which decreases the range of motion from top to bottom, making him strong as hell and the world record holder. Will be the first man to reach 800 before this year is up.

    • @jizzyjake6783
      @jizzyjake6783 3 роки тому +2

      @@mmecm Maddox arches his back the best he can. He's just so massive and lacks some flexibility that it's not as pronounced as the other guys. 11:13-11:15 he's setting his arch up. For Maddox driving his heels in helps his arch but if you're already in a good position driving with your legs is going to do very little your legs are just there to hold everything tight throughout the lift.

    • @mmecm
      @mmecm 3 роки тому

    This is an incredible display of raw power by anyone’s measurements.... In the very early 1990s a friend of mines brother won Mr Worcester, MA... He set what would have to be at minimum the state bench record for 740lbs.... He was more of a strongman and only did body building for one year, then year after that is when he just lifted to be as strong as he could get, and packed on a ton of weight... He was an animal at the gym... I don’t feel small and weak around too many people, but he was just on a different level than most men.... I thought I was strong being able to bench 515lbs for 4 reps.... I still can’t wrap my head around people who are so much stronger than even the above average man like that.... the work, discipline and dedication I watched him put into lifting really taught me a lot that helped me in many different areas in life.... congratulations to this man, and much respect to him for pushing himself this far 👍👍

      no...it means without bench shirts, squat suits etc.

    Overal strength of Kirril is the strongest. Maddox has a stronger bench for sure, but squat and deadlift, no compition. And Kirril is way more agile. So Kirril all day long.

    So Kirill, was the only guy without the 400 lbs of belly fat? His trick was folding himself up like a damn horseshoe. Id like to see one person, ONE, that is under 300 lbs, ass on the bench, do 700. Not some tub of lard that moves the bar 3 god damn inches. Or some jackass that folds himself in half making it a decline. Ill never do it and thats fine. These lifts are shit when you really think about it.
