One of the things I love about Dr. Alexander’s experience was the proof he was able to put together for the medical community about the existence of consciousness beyond the physical brain. I read this man's first book Proof Of Heaven in 2015ish and I could never remember who wrote it or the title, and I'm SO thankful I found this. I didn't even recognize the story until he talked about his ecoli meningitis. For those that haven't read it, it's a wonderful book.
I was not in any car accident or any illness whatsoever. In my intimate talks with a spirit being, ( always either Jesus, holy spirit or God the Father), I was simply asked or encouraged to go and rest a while. I resisted this invitation for 30 min. I finally gave in and did so. I was encouraged by this spirit being to relax and let go. I obeyed, trusted God and let go. My spirit, or soul was leaving my body and I felt myself drifting up to the ceiling of my house. In a few seconds I was in the arms of God the the Father.
Every time that message give me goosebumps " You are deeply cherish loved, you have nothing to fear ". WE all should meditate deep on this message ! We lost our trust in this crazy world.But, it`s only dust on our soul, we need to shake up and shine again ! Dr Eben is both right and wrong regarding how the Golden Rule is the universal law of past life regressions and learning to have empathy for other sentient beings. If humans were NOT sentient beings (similar to how most animals are also sentient beings), then the Golden Rule would no longer apply to humans. The Golden Rule applies to ALL sentient being lifeforms, not just humans. So if life guides are pointing us in the right direction with regard to the Golden Rule and spiritual evolution, why then do there appear to be essentially NO spirit life guides nudging us in the direction of no longer eating meat?
I had three NDE but was afraid to tell anyone in case ppl would be tapping their heads behind my back! What I took from my NDEs was that when we die we go back to our home. Not God’s home but our own home because we are an aspect of God.
Too many people hide their spiritual experiences out of fear of being criticized by people who are less spiritually advanced than they are. This allows the less aware people to control and restrict the sensitive and more capable ones.

This is what NDE people go through. We suffer bad social and spiritual ridicule and more so from our own churches.
Most NDEs will disprove the concept of eternal damnation, of the need for a savior or monotheism (most NDErs will tell you they WERE God, WERE ONE with God, not seeing some judgmental dude on a throne). Doesn't jive with the official party line. Don't forget most of them are actually cults, political entities who aim to control people's lives (and fleece them a bit too). Of course they HATE NDEs. Church is definitely not the answer. Christ is consciousness and the creator is within us ALL. Meditation is key to developing our true lives abilities. We are spiritual beings not religious. Truth, and knowledge is power and knowing is half the battle.

After a short period of ‘deep diving’ into their work, I understood I was completely wrong about being an atheist (I was a militant one too). I just love how Dr. Alexander's insights resonate with all I have come to understand and some exciting specifics - which I've heard of before, but never felt as much resonance with...until this interview. Thank you both! I remember listening to his interesting rear death experience, many years ago. But this more current interview was even more exciting as he expressed some evolutionary ideas and he clarified some viewpoints of his nde - especially the last 15 minutes (which I played several times to grasp it all in more detail). I clearly believe we create our own reality, but the extent to which we may be connected with others in past and future lifetimes is so interesting. When you think about it though, knowing we are all part of "all that is", this idea makes so much sense. Of course we are all evolving for the expansion of the whole, so why not do so in soul groups. It is only us humans that feel separation, but as we expand our consciousness in understanding this concept of the bigger picture, we can have even more fun in the process. This division between us has also greatly disturbed me, having grown up in the '60's and '70's (and continuing to grow up since then 😂). I kept wondering what could be done to counter it, heal it, etc. Then the thought came to me: "Heal it within yourself." Oops. It was then that I realized that I had become "encamped" on one particular side of the divide, and I was just as guilty as everyone else of being a divider. I'm still working on that, and it's still a challenge, but I've also come to the thought that this chaos is all a necessary part of healing of the world. The anger, fear and hatred were there all along, but now they're rising to the surface like malignant tumors. Now they can be "operated on."

I must confess I've been way less receptive to Alexander's story after learning that right before his incredible claims, he was in the middle or just past a series of medical malpractice lawsuits and that (if I understand correctly) he was about to be unable to practice (is that right?). The sales of his book came right at the knick of time for him. I wish his interviewers should spend a bit of time on that. NDE's testimonies should be investigated thorougly, because their credibility need to be pristine. I'll listen to this one like I've listened to so many other interviews of him and I hope it does come up
@@stoobydootoo4098 I see. I don't dismiss his story out of hand because of that. Neuroscience isn't a simple endeavor and I assume any practicing doctor is bound to have lawsuits at some point but I feel it better to examine every angle of everything when dealing with NDEs
He seems incredibly left brain, still, even after supposedly having an NDE. He doesn't emote at all, as do many NDEers do as they retell their NDEs. So, it's hard to believe he was moved emotionally during his supposed NDE. I find it hard to relate to him because he is pure left brain, very dry. Wish I could say otherwise.

The connect to the 'source' through meditation needs a DEEPENING of the skill over decades and decades. Through the NDE it happened spontaneously. The meditation performed everyday does begin to unexpectedly yield sudden spontaneous experiences which are ultra real. I love your phrase 'pure awareness'. That's the pure consciousness. Energy Is Consciousness Looking through my telescope is nothing more than my consciousness looking through a tool using my body as another tool to see this world around us... I totally understand Dr. Alexander. I did not die but i had this experience, unfortunately my efforts to communicate about it with people close to me failed miserably. My wife was trying to listen to me but clearly worried that something is wrong with me or i am on the drugs, my son just categorially refused to listen to me, few other people i tried to talk about it clearly felt annoyed. So i figured out that the only people who lived thru it and felt it will understand you and trying to keep quiet

I read Dr. Alexander’s first book and have watched a couple of speeches he’s given. Amazing! Excited about this conversation!
I had three NDE but was afraid to tell anyone in case ppl would be tapping their heads behind my back! What I took from my NDEs was that when we die we go back to our home. Not God’s home but our own home because we are an aspect of God.

Too many people hide their spiritual experiences out of fear of being criticized by people who are less spiritually advanced than they are. This allows the less aware people to control and restrict the sensitive and more capable ones.

Hi Dr. Even Alexander and hi to your host. I too had an NDE. So did a pastor’s wife in my church. She was and still us completely patronised for having gone through that. This is what NDE people go through. We suffer bad social and spiritual ridicule and more so from our own churches.
Surprised you felt you still needed the Church after getting validation of what actually happens after death?
Most NDEs will disprove the concept of eternal damnation, of the need for a savior or monotheism (most NDErs will tell you they WERE God, WERE ONE with God, not seeing some judgmental dude on a throne). Doesn't jive with the official party line. Don't forget most of them are actually cults, political entities who aim to control people's lives (and fleece them a bit too). Of course they HATE NDEs. Why do you think they changed Yeshua's message so much and so early on?

Church is definitely not the answer. Christ is consciousness and the creator is within us ALL. Meditation is key to developing our true lives abilities. We are spiritual beings not religious. Truth, and knowledge is power and knowing is half the battle.
I love this man! He has so much to lose but is willing to open up, be vulnerable, and share an incredible story of his experience and his truth! Impressed and could listen to him for hours.

He is one of the 3 people who ‘made it all click’ for me. Alexander, Dean Radin, and Bernardo Kastrup. After a short period of ‘deep diving’ into their work, I understood I was completely wrong about being an atheist (I was a militant one too).
After which i had to go on a hella apology tour, to EVERYONE! Boy, I used to be a condescending dick to people who said they believe in god...😬😢🤷♀️

But, I am not extending myself credit to be wrong knowingly. So, I have no problem to change my mind, admit I was wrong, apologize… and forgive myself immediately.
I also believe that forgiveness is almost useless of a concept. If someone hurts me, but it was an *honest* mistake, then there’s nothing to forgive. if it was not, that means it was intentional… and I will forgive, but will not continue a relationship with someone who knew their actions would hurt me, and decided to carry them out anyway…

Alex, As much as I like your work, your comment about this being a period of turbulence unlike any other astonishes me. Consider the Second World War, or the Black Death, are the decimation of the North American indigenous population by disease...
I just love how Dr. Alexander's insights resonate with all I have come to understand and some exciting specifics - which I've heard of before, but never felt as much resonance with...until this interview. Thank you both! I remember listening to his interesting rear death experience, many years ago. But this more current interview was even more exciting as he expressed some evolutionary ideas and he clarified some viewpoints of his nde - especially the last 15 minutes (which I played several times to grasp it all in more detail). I clearly believe we create our own reality, but the extent to which we may be connected with others in past and future lifetimes is so interesting. When you think about it though, knowing we are all part of "all that is", this idea makes so much sense. Of course we are all evolving for the expansion of the whole, so why not do so in soul groups. It is only us humans that feel separation, but as we expand our consciousness in understanding this concept of the bigger picture, we can have even more fun in the process. It's a never ending, amazing journey of awakening to how powerful we truly are. I just love the how life magically unfolds. Blessings to you both and thanks again. XO

This division between us has also greatly disturbed me, having grown up in the '60's and '70's (and continuing to grow up since then 😂). I kept wondering what could be done to counter it, heal it, etc. Then the thought came to me: "Heal it within yourself." Oops. It was then that I realized that I had become "encamped" on one particular side of the divide, and I was just as guilty as everyone else of being a divider. I'm still working on that, and it's still a challenge, but I've also come to the thought that this chaos is all a necessary part of healing of the world. The anger, fear and hatred were there all along, but now they're rising to the surface like malignant tumors. Now they can be "operated on."
Theists have always known NDE's are real, atheists are about 2000 years behind everyone else, which is not surprising.
If it weren't for the sad fact, 40% of people in the United States believe this crap....I'd say you made a funny.

I would push back a little here, because how many people watch videos like this and then use it as a basis for their claim.
Again, I cannot with 100% certainty state NDE do not happen in the way described; however, based on the presented testimonial evidence, I think NDE (as described seeing god) are highly improbable.

I must confess I've been way less receptive to Alexander's story after learning that right before his incredible claims, he was in the middle or just past a series of medical malpractice lawsuits and that (if I understand correctly) he was about to be unable to practice (is that right?). The sales of his book came right at the knick of time for him. I wish his interviewers should spend a bit of time on that. NDE's testimonies should be investigated thorougly, because their credibility need to be pristine. I'll listen to this one like I've listened to so many other interviews of him and I hope it does come up
@@stoobydootoo4098 I see. I don't dismiss his story out of hand because of that. Neuroscience isn't a simple endeavor and I assume any practicing doctor is bound to have lawsuits at some point but I feel it better to examine every angle of everything when dealing with NDEs

He seems incredibly left brain, still, even after supposedly having an NDE. He doesn't emote at all, as do many NDEers do as they retell their NDEs. So, it's hard to believe he was moved emotionally during his supposed NDE. I find it hard to relate to him because he is pure left brain, very dry. Wish I could say otherwise.

The connect to the 'source' through meditation needs a DEEPENING of the skill over decades and decades. Through the NDE it happened spontaneously. The meditation performed everyday does begin to unexpectedly yield sudden spontaneous experiences which are ultra real. I love your phrase 'pure awareness'. That's the pure consciousness. That's who one is.

We HINDUS call it krishna consciousness and Hindus have know this as a fact that we are all one...advaita oneness off all souls. The Supreme lord is one and we are here to experience human existence. That's how we worship the cows bulls dogs and all life forms because we believe in God's presence in all life forms. Being vegetarian is very good. Not harming animals.

Energy Is Consciousness
Looking through my telescope is nothing more than my consciousness looking through a tool using my body as another tool to see this world around us...
There is a very, very bad lie, and mistake that I believe is being forced and put upon all of us that matter itself is what is creating consciousness... I look at this opinion from a very different point of view and from a very different angle... To me, it is energy itself that is conscious only using matter as a tool to witness the world around us...
It's the same concept as my consciousness, looking through a telescope, to see the stars and the universe... the telescope itself is nothing more than a piece of metal and glass, but it's being used as a tool so my conscious energy can see the universe....
The same is going on within our material bodies or shells that we are living in... this shell is only being used as a tool for our conscious
energy to witness the world around us... again I believe that humans are understanding this backwards, trying to find someway of how matter is creating consciousness, when it is in reverse... It is our conscious energy using matter to Express itself, and to see the world and the universe around us...

This is what Buddha thought us as part of its "Abhi-dharma" 2550 years ago. This is very common understanding such as us Buddhist Sri Lankans, sadly only now west catching up to this knowledge. Also Hindu yogi's describes this in Vedic teachings 3000 years ago. I totally understand Dr. Alexander. I did not die but i had this experience, unfortunately my efforts
to communicate about it with people close to me failed miserably. My wife was trying to listen to me
but clearly worried that something is wrong with me or i am on the drugs, my son just categorially
refused to listen to me, few other people i tried to talk about it clearly felt annoyed.
