Today call’s for some never before seen clips of our latest project handover - The Bhutani Villa.
Capturing the essence of this contemporary villa designed by us.
Located in the heart of city ; this place embodies the richness of modern luxury enveloped by layers of ever evolving spatial story .
The Central core of the house acts as a binding element for layered geometry. The hues of grey and black dominate the structure and weaves a story from outside to inside .
Further moving ahead ; the brass engrossed door is an awe welcoming element.
In the central hallway; we have the stunning double height dining area amidst the huge waterfall wall that acts as the heart and soul of the house!!
The element of fire and water have sprawled the residence giving it a very warm and welcoming character.
The living area portrays a lounge with LCD unit and fireplace.
On the upper floor ; the prayer room is designed with custom made brass ball structures supporting the shell above .
We have well segregated the formal areas and the private one’s . A hierarchy can be seen in the house.
The sound of waterfall from 30 feet height acts as a backdrop to the dining area with a stunning skylight above that penetrates the house with abundant natural light .
Overall the natural stone finishes; the fireplace ; the custom made hand sculpture and the sound of running water - all ameliorate the experience of Bhutani Villa.
