Yes they can both be used together @droz0722 @eugenebudas6879 and they do stack together. Always consider what your resonance bonus is when using both - if you have a higher res gem than mothers lament then it is worth noting that you will do more damage from using using the rolling consequence and another 5 star gem than both. That’s just due to the dmg bonus increase from resonance.

Use both of them at the same time and measure as well.
Exactly; they are stacking up, that's the catch...I tested up to 83% with the 1d trial, and just a lament 8...

You can check the effect of both by just dueling since strife is in effect and see the crit rates in pvp

go test rc + lament and rc + paint glasp so we can know worth to use both together or no ( in this case ofc rc win cuz otd dmg plus more cr stats)
