Good questioning attitude, I like it. You can use any color you like or prefer. I happen to have red wire. You can use zip ties, electrical wire, shoes laces or anything else you have available. Better to have it secured with something that having it loose.
This is why i like the Husky Liner Weatherbeater or Husky Xact Contour , they have those - stay put nibs/ plastic spikes on the bottom, keeps the mat in place. Sadly they aren't available for as wide a range of cars as Weathertech is.
This is too hilarious! I cannot stop laughing... literally !! 1. This is a trip hazard 2. If you ever get searched by Mr..Barney... I'm sure you'll get extra attention in that area + get laughed at !! 3. Should have stuck to velcro... and maybe used a lot more than 2 spall small spaghetti strips !! I'm still laughing!!
@@repairvehicle and I woke up laughing !! No, but even the MOUSE would probably trip over those wires... AND shoe strings could definitely get tangled up. Kids do have temper tantrums !! Anyways, I appreciate you taking the time to post, I wouldn't recommend the tie down part but to each their own !! T. Y
I just feel it's too bad that they make a Custom floor mat that doesn't fit?????. I got a plastic carpet runner with the spikes on the bottom then double sided tape it to the floor mat . Worked well. I hear Husky liners are a better fit for the money
Tuxmats are so much better for custom fit mats, they never slide because they are not just flat, they have vertical/angled sides to prevent this. These sides make it very difficult for dirt to get under them aswell.
Everything looked so professional until he used the wires lol. But is a good idea thr loops. I rather used Velcro
Tried Velcro, doesn't work. You can use anything you want, like I said in the video.
Can i use black wire so i can't see it or do i have to use red or yellow or white or pink?

What do you have and year?

Trip hazard? Are you a size of mice?

You have better chances tripping on sliding mat than then one secured. You have to be stupid and try really hard to trip on my secured mats.

Good job , thanks

This is incredibly horrible !!

Why not used velcro ??
I tried does not work
In my wrx they dont even cover the entire floor. And i bet command products could work great or some velcro tape
Love that niko bellic accent
They look like they are for a different vehicle than the one you have them in.
No, they were this vehicle
weather tech floor liners amzn.to/2Lu7KI2
Grommet kit amzn.to/2Bx9iMJ
Hammer amzn.to/2BxkNUs
Husky floor mats amzn.to/2LupZgs
Floor Mats amzn.to/2LzHKuU
I at least expected black zip ties or "something"... not that.
You can use anything that works. You can use shoe lace.
so ghetto hahaha appreciate the video though
Better than sliding floor mats.
Lmao this is bad. Entertaining video though.
It's better than sliding.
Oh man / electrical wire finish /
Better than sliding
Is this a joke?
Nope
damn. that by far its the most ugliest way to mess up a 200 dollars liners
How did I mess up?
@@repairvehicle bro those wires holding that liner>>>> cmon. there is zip ties or other ways but that look really getto
It works and works great and I can remove liners anytime. Zip ties not any different looks getto and to remove liners you have to cut them
Well they are crap mine are about to go in the trash the drivers side mat slid up under my brake, so yeah crap and dangerous.
Not made for this car .
Wrong
Horrible!!!
