    Für wie wahrscheinlich haltet ihr eine Priest-Reunion mit K.K. Downing?

      Not going to happen. They're too old now. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if this would be the last Judas Priest album/tour, unless they just continue with the name. It was a great band. KK is always going to be a major part of that.

    Maybe they should do it like Maiden with 3 guitarists. But due to the circumstance that Glenn doesnt play all the shows i think Richie and KK would be a fantastic twin axe attack.

    So sad how they treated him, KK was full of personality in Judas Priest and a great writer too

    Richie ist perfekt, da wo er ist. Und KK kann eh besser mit dem Ripper, als mit Halford. Die neue Priest ist astrein. Lasst es wie es ist. Oder macht wie Helloween und geht alle Mann zusammen auf Tour.

    KK, I'm sorry for all that business with JP, to me there is no Judas Priest without KK Downing. I love your new band and I wish you all the success in the world. Thank you for so many great years of metal and thank you for not stopping!!!

    It is what it is ! Things have changed so much that I don't believe that this will ever happen ! KK has his own band and Priest carry on like KK was never a member of the band.The fact is 》All the classic Judas Priest Album are done with KK,Glen,Rob,Ian while drummers often changed unti Scott became the drummer of the band ! Now you got 2 new guitarist in the band and it seems to work.But...No matter how great it is,it is not the same.But I have to shut my mouth.However》Things have changed,and when it comes to Judas Priest nothing compares to the classic Priest lineup ! But thats just my personal opionen🙇‍♂️

    Sad. KK was a big part of priest. I think he’d go back to Judas Priest in a heartbeat but sadly that ship has sailed. It appears there’s tension inside the priest camp over KK returning. Possibly the issue is between him and Glenn Tipton? From what I’ve read there’s some major issues between priests management and KK? Not sure but these things happen. I support both bands and hope to see them both on tour sometime.

      Currently reading K.K's book. Seems he's had problems with Glenn from the very beginning and it only got worse over time. The band's manager being Glenn's wife doesn't help either.

    • @mercatorjubio3804
      @mercatorjubio3804 6 місяців тому +1

      @@Aeonblade10 That kind of reminds me of Max and the rest from Sepultura back in the day, with his wife being the manager there as well. With pretty much the same result, just the other way round.

    • @indiecrust
      @indiecrust 6 місяців тому

      I don’t think the issue is only with Glenn. If you read Rob’s book, it’s pretty obvious Rob has issues with KK as well.

    • @Vinylfiend60
      @Vinylfiend60 6 місяців тому

      @@indiecrust yes Rob probably does have issues with KK. But it was Rob that felt that it was only right that Kk and Les Binks should be at the rock n roll hall performance. Makes me think Rob would like to move past the issues.

    KK would have more people on his side if he wasn't doing stupid shit like "One More Shot At Glory" and "Return of the Sentinel." Fact of the matter is Firepower and Invincible Shield are god tier records.

    KK's Priest is a fantastic band. Nowadays I do not like the vibe of Judas Priest. KK's Priest is much more a continuation of the "classic" Priest (before Rob Halford left the band). I still remember when I have seen Judas Priest as the opening act for AC/DC (still with Bon Scott). I truly wish that KK could come to an emotional closure because on the factual side (seen from the music writing perspective) he seems to be doing much better now that Judas Priest (without him). He and Ripper are a great combo and I expect to see more great records from them.

  • @PixieintheMainframe
    @PixieintheMainframe 6 місяців тому

    I think the positive thing is that you get two opportunities to see the band (although split) and twice as much music. Pleased I got to see them all on the Nostradamus tour, but I do think it's a wank ending to the band - Really has taken the shine off. Same for WASP, Jethro Tull etc etc.
