"Sie/Ihnen" is used if you don't know somebody or for somebody you have a working relationship with. When you know somebody you use "du/dir" and I would suggest this for ASMR. The z for example in "zu" is pronounced like tz. And if you're wondering how the ä is pronounced, it's like the a in "cat". But don't get me wrong, your german is still really good. :)
