Has anyone reading this gone to the FOS’s ‘extreme blackout’ night? I want to hear someone’s review so I make a decision about getting VIP upgrade. I have no idea how busy it gets.
We have not done the Blackout as this was our first visit to FOS, but Tim and Katie over at @timandkt who we were with for this visit has been and they have a video. That'd be us! 😉 It's a very popular event as it's the only night of the year that the haunt enters 'extreme' territory and it's also the final night of the regular operating season. That said, it also has a different sort of traffic flow because - unlike the rest of the season - you have to go through every attraction in a specific order. Because of this, VIP doesn't get you through the lines _that_ much faster, but you will be prioritized and you will get through everything much earlier. We always go VIP whenever the option exists, if only because we like to have more time to explore and experience the midway. 👻
