Worth pointing out that Peter Millar own G Fore. G fore shoes are amazingly comfortable. The G Fore clothing is top class too. If you wait for the twice yearly sales you get 60% off everything.
Nice selection. What about golf socks? I have a lot of FJ socks, they are fine, but may be some other brands are better? What is your opinion about G/FORE clothing? I have several G/FORE golf shoes (my preferred golf shoes), but I don't have any clothing from that brand.
What are your thoughts on Malbon? I just got started with golf and am a pretty big fan of malbon's logo and designs, but I've seen some negative comments regarding their product quality, such as slapping their logo onto cheapest available material possible 🤔 does that hold true? Only applies to tjeir own line of products and not the collabs.
That isn't my experience with Malbon, Ive always thought the materials are good, I've got a few tees and I like them a lot, they wash well and hold their shape. 👍
Any recommendations on a more fitted all black mid layer? Currently have Kjus release 1/2 zip getting a lot of wear and need something to mix it up, but you either get the thinner technical style or much heavier bulkier products which are tough to swing in!
Yeah I probably could have included Greyson on the list! They are just really struggling with their global distribution meaning we don't get loads of it in the UK. I hope they can change that as they do some awesome stuff! Appreciate you watching!
Footjoy are getting so much better with the polo tops imo thanks to max homa he always looks so classy on course definitely influenced my fashion on course the last 18 months Surprised not to see JL or macade. On the list imo keep up the good work been looking for a golf fashion channel for a while and finally found one that talks sense 👍🏻
Adidas and Puma are the top dogs when it comes to the quality and style between the mainstream brands like Nike, UA, FJ, etc you get it. Nike used to be so good. Their stuff is so crap in recent years
Yeah I really like the Puma gear as well, some of the Cloudspun stuff is solid! Yeah shame to see Nike fall off like they have! Especially on the shoe front! Thanks for watching! 🙏
G Fore definitely needed a mention, their footwear is incredible and lasts years, wouldn’t dare pay full price for any of it, but wait until Jan & Summer sales and the wardrobe gets nicely stocked up. Totally agree with Nike though, not just in golf either, the quality of their products has fallen off a cliff, very challenging times for them in the future I think.
Yeah G/FORE comes under the same umbrella as Peter Millar, same company own both. Will definitely be a good year! Sad for Nike, we will see what happens with them! Thanks for watching!
Mate they are just the same boring brands (apart from malbon) that make every golfer look so boring!!!! Sounder, Manors, RGC, Birds of Condor, Anti Country Club, Radda, Vice, Eastside, Bogey Boys. My god there are so many up and coming brands that are changing the style of golf and you’ve picked the same old conservative shite! 😂
When you say ‘look so boring’ what do you mean by that? The brands that you’ve mentioned there are all class! All bringing something fresh to the table, no doubt! But they are only covering a small number of people playing the game of golf though. The brands I’ve mentioned in this cover the whole spectrum of golfers. From golfers that want something a little more ‘new school old school’ to golfers that want quality garments, good silhouettes and great colour palettes. Far from ‘conservative shite’.
Another point to add, I love a lot of what those brands are doing but to be considered truly ‘top’ you need to have your distribution model bang on. Radda, Eastside, Bogey Boys, ACC, RGC, BoC, don’t really have much of a presence in the UK, a few places stock it but really not many. I wish it was all more available and accessible but it isn’t which is annoying. I hope they all have massive years and prove me wrong for not including a couple of them on the list.

Definitely G/FORE do some great stuff! The sales are always nice too!
Nice selection.

I've recently got onto Stance Sport Crew socks! Love them! Definitely worth checking out!
@@TheGolfFashionGuy Thank you I will buy them.
How about reviewing Macade - they do some great golf wear.
Agreed, brought quite a bit from there.
I've got a few bits from them now! Some of their trousers will be appearing in an upcoming video! Some of the best in the game!
They do some awesome gear!

Im a big fan of the direction Malbon is going and have bought many things from them. The quality has been nothing but amazing in my opinion.
That isn't my experience with Malbon, Ive always thought the materials are good, I've got a few tees and I like them a lot, they wash well and hold their shape. 👍
@@TheGolfFashionGuy Thank you! I have an upcoming vacation to Seoul! So excited as they have 2 Malbon stores in the vicinity!

I don't speak about too many Nike bits but the Player 1/2 Zip is an awesome midlayer! Worth checking out!
@@TheGolfFashionGuy amazing, thanks!
I think Greyson is way over all of the brands you have listed
Yeah I probably could have included Greyson on the list! They are just really struggling with their global distribution meaning we don't get loads of it in the UK. I hope they can change that as they do some awesome stuff! Appreciate you watching!
Whiff Golf. Affordable, premium, and great looking
I’ll be sure to check them out man! 👍

Really appreciate the kind words and I couldn't agree more with the FJ take! Really up'd their game in the last few years!
Can’t go wrong with LuLu you can wear them (pants/polos) on the course and out and about.
Couldn't agree more!

Their sales and their clothing is actually so good. Love me some footjoy, Peter Millar and puma.
Would love to try some Rhoback gear, but impossible to get to Ireland.
Shipping costs are ridiculous
Yeah! Once they start to become more globally known i think the gear will be easier to get hold off!
After seeing Jason day at the masters, I’m steering clear of Malbon.
It definitely isn't everyones taste that is for sure!

I’m too invested in JL so won’t be branching out, footjoy for shoes. Some great stuff out there now and lots of choice. Sticking to JL though 😂
They do some really good stuff! Always have, always will! 💪 Thanks for watching!
JL is nice but it’s getting a bit too popular with the “Diamond Geezer” brigade unfortunately. The Stone Island if Golf.
Puma gear and shoes.
They do some good stuff that is for sure!
I’m a big Nike fan but it’s so fustrating seeing the variety available in the US compared to the UK 😢
I just really want them to release some of the knit pieces you see Rory wearing! Just seems like they don't exist! Very annoying!
No JL mate?!
Think they will always have good years! Too solid of a brand!
@@TheGolfFashionGuy not wrong mate. For me, fav piece across all brands is PM excursion hoodie. Best mid layer I’ve owned
