liquid. I have a doubt that whether it solidify after sometime.

Vella pagu seiyum bothu kambi patham lam ithukku thevai illa.. kothikka arambithavudan filter panni edtuhu vecha.. liquid state la irukkum.. naan oru varam varaikkum use pannuven.. apuram pudusa seivaen. many have asked me this question.. i will make a separate video on this like DOs and DONTs so it will be benefit all.. How ur jaggery syrup is liquid in room temperature itself

Jaggery should be powdered as much as possible and then add to water.. Now heat this for a minute and once it starts to boil switch off the gas immediately. This way it will remain in liquid state in room temperature. If you overdo your boiling it will not be in liquid state.. thick ah ayidum.. also ensure not to add too much water to dissolve the jaggery.. else it will become too watery.. Many people have requested to put a video on Jaggery syrup making which I will do in the coming weeks.. Will show different DOs and DONTS so it will be useful to everyone. Hope this helps !!
