MK 808 is very limited to what it can perform ..in most cases depending on what vehicle you need to diagnose it is unable. and receive a message saying , vehicle not supported
This only happened to me with bad Sprinter adapter cable,never had this with other cars I worked on!
its rubbish it wont bleed my brakes on my skoda octavia and it wont even connect to my 2008 renult clio where as i have a £25.00 cheapo that connects fine im sending it straight back utter sh@T
good video, a question to bleed the abs brakes, do you need to uncover the brake fluid reservoir cover, yes or no? Can you answer that question for me.....
You have replaced the EPB control unit electric parking brake. You code afterwards. Is it possible to change EPB afterwards code with VCDS
Very very useful because I am going to dremel 2 small (phone side of usb connector AKA the smaller size connector) holes into the top rear corners of that cubby to route the usb cable behind the cubby for phone. which will give less clutter in cubby, cable can be extracted and manually retracted as needed.
How is the air escaping from the system’s do you not have to open the bleed screw’s on the caliphers

Maxicom MK808 this cheapest one but good function.
ABS brake bleed is due to the ABS valve will hold air in it so the valve has to be cycled and that is what the ABS brake bleed does so the air can pass through the ABS valve.
don't buy it, without subscription it stops working
It will continue to work with the software that is in it, if you try to work on a newer car or truck than the software version in the unit it will not read the newer vehicle(s) until you upgrade the latest software. What may not work are vehicles that require the internet, that portion will not work if you do not have a valid subscription but that is with all the different makes of scanners.
