Sorry that’s not a realistic zoo! A realistic zoo will have giraffes, elephants, tiger... not fire monsters, exploding zombie like creatures and farm animals It’s so easy to just download a mod and that’s the only way dude! You can’t call your zoo realistic if it has little to no wildlife!

Gosh it's unbelievable that you put so much attention to detail and how big you made it! I'm building a zoo right now but it's much much smaller haha now I feel bad for my animals in their tiny enclosures.
How??? I’ve been working on building a farm myself and I’m really struggling with the logistics, things like silverfish disappearing, animals randomly despawning, monsters spawning in darker enclosures but the animals in the enclosure needs it darker, stuff like that. I just cannot make it work. How did you even do this????

kevtrevtuff11 usually if it’s a pretty dark area bats will naturally spawn

You can use nametags to prevent them from despawning
