that was very instructive. The variations are interesting. You're obviously in old Mexico. Up here in New Mexico we use Green chilis instead of salsa casera. In terms of habichuelas, we tend to use pintos although black beans aren't unheard of. And we usually put it all on a bed of corn tortillas. Other than that, it is pretty much the same thing.
I never ate black beans growing up. My parents were from Jalisco, my mom usually cooked pinto beans and frijoles Peruanos.

I was then served the largest plate of food I had ever seen. I felt my man hood was in question if I didn't eat it all.....I had to eat it all.!!!!!!!. Omg worse moment lol it was pretty good tho.

I live in Colombia and when I moved here I was quite surprised to find that the food is completely different from Mexican food, which is my favorite. Luckly for me, my wife is a great cook and learned many Mexican dishes.

angela jaramillo New Zealand. We have stores like Taco Bell, Mexicali fresh , zambrero and a couple others but they don’t even compare to what I watch on this channel. A big burrito here is like $16 But doesn’t look as good as what I see on these videos. Now that corona virus is stuffing up the world I probably won’t be able to sample this for long time.

Dee Cns Try doing it yourself, You can make a bomb cali burrito down in new zealand, but you just need the ingredients. Flour tortilla, Freshly made (preferred) The mexican four cheese, Sour cream, Carne asada or new york steak , guac or anything else you wanna add and it’s done.
my grandma taught me how to fry eggs like that when i was young i always broke my eggs when flipping them so she showed me to baste them in hot oil so you don't have to flip.
on that note i hope my lunch hurry's up and gets here already...
