About Black Girl Nerds:
Black Girl Nerds is a place for women of color with various eccentricities to express themselves freely and embrace who they are. This is not a site exclusively for Black women. It’s for ALL women who are just as nerdy as we are and the men who love and appreciate us. - Розваги
I was pleasantly surprised watching this film. I didn’t think I would enjoy it as much as I did. I love the witty dialogue between the romantic leads, the costumes 😍 and the cast was perfectly suited.
Mr Malcom’s List is now one of my favourite period films to date ❤
Hoping that it will be on a streaming service so more of us us. can see it.
Dismissed as racially impure. Thirty percent POC cast during a time when England was zero percent POCs. I give it one star out of ten.
You make a great case for why POC casts need to happen in period films in Europe.
People like you who don't read and have zero curiosity think those all-white period movies of old are "historically" accurate.
You don't know about people like Thomas Alexander Dusa, Gustav Baudin, Jacques Francis, or Dido Belle...
And you out yourself as ignorant af in that you genuinely didn't know POC have been in Europe from the start.
How embarrassing for you. 😶🌫
