Salaam everyone. My dad was perfectly healthy. Only two day’s ago he was taken to hospital and has now been placed on a machine in a coma. We are broken. My mum is elderly and disabled. I have been living a sinful life trying to convince myself everything was OK, all the while I knew the way I've been living is wrong.
I left Islam sometime last year believing that because of certain inherent traits, I'd never be a true Muslim. I listened to this, because I've been missing Islam so much and I just wanted to see where this dua would take me. Not only did my terrible stomach pain go away instantly, but I found myself sobbing with repentance for the way I've been living. There were moments I actually wanted to pause the recording because of the intensity!
