Everyone is on here talking about his "pesticides" being inorganic but he didn’t list a single one that wasn't organic other than peroxide. I'm not saying he isn’t using inorganic pesticides at all and he didn't just exclude them but from what he did list it none of them were inorganic or unsafe. And what he said about peroxide is correct it does turn to water and oxygen after it does its thing. It doesn’t hurt anything and in some cases can actually help the cannabis root system in cases where the roots are not getting enough oxygen or are attacked by certain insects. I have used it on my grows for fungus gnats. I didn’t hear him list any actual poisonous chemicals. I did see some people on here advocating neem oil though which is actually toxic to humans and azadirachtin actually can make you sick. You aren't even supposed to use neem oil in flower because it can mess with the smell and taste of your buds. It also stays in the cannabis plants system when used on it, especially the root zone, for up to two weeks after use. It is not the magical safe organic compound a lot of you seem to think it is.

That’s what you have to pay for bro. You need a cannabis consultant that’s from a state that’s been thru legalization and scaling up and licensing and everything. You’re not going to find that in a UA-cam comment
Starting a legal cannabis cultivation operation, often referred to as a "grow op," requires careful planning, compliance with local laws, and a significant initial investment. It's important to note that laws and regulations vary widely depending on the country, state, or province you're operating in, so always consult with legal and industry experts in your specific jurisdiction. Here's a breakdown of the key factors to consider: Research and Education: Understand the legal framework: Familiarize yourself with local and national laws regarding cannabis cultivation. This includes zoning regulations, licensing requirements, and any restrictions on the number of plants you can grow. Learn about cultivation: Gain knowledge about different strains, growing techniques, equipment, and pest control. Consider taking courses or attending workshops on cannabis cultivation. Legal Structure and Business Plan: Decide on a legal structure: Choose whether you want to operate as a sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, or LLC. Each has different legal and tax implications. Develop a comprehensive business plan: This should include a detailed budget, revenue projections, market analysis, and operational strategy. Initial Capital Investment: The initial investment for a cannabis cultivation operation can vary significantly depending on factors like location, scale, and technology used. It's not uncommon for startups to require several hundred thousand to several million dollars. Location and Facility: Select a suitable location: Choose a place that complies with local zoning laws and regulations for cannabis cultivation. This could be an indoor facility, greenhouse, or outdoor grow. Design and build the facility: Construct or retrofit a facility that meets regulatory requirements, including security, climate control, and sanitation. Licenses and Permits: Obtain the necessary licenses and permits: This may include state or provincial licenses, local permits, and, if applicable, federal licenses (such as in the U.S., where federal and state regulations can apply simultaneously). Compliance and Regulation: Strict adherence to regulations: Comply with all laws and regulations regarding cultivation practices, security, quality control, and record-keeping. Quality control and testing: Ensure that your product meets quality and safety standards, which may involve regular testing for pesticides, mold, potency, and other factors. Equipment and Technology: Purchase necessary equipment: This includes lighting, irrigation systems, ventilation, security systems, and other cultivation tools. Advanced technology like automated systems and data analytics can also be beneficial. Staffing: Hire and train employees: This may include growers, trimmers, security personnel, administrative staff, and compliance experts. It's crucial to have a well-trained team to maintain a successful operation. Security Measures: Implement robust security protocols: This involves surveillance systems, access control, alarm systems, and personnel training to prevent theft, diversion, and unauthorized access. Marketing and Distribution: Develop a marketing strategy: Decide on your target market, branding, and advertising methods. Understand the laws around marketing cannabis products, as there may be restrictions on advertising. Establish distribution channels: Determine how you will get your product to market, whether through dispensaries, distributors, or other channels. Ongoing Operations and Compliance: Regular maintenance and monitoring: Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for day-to-day operations, including plant care, pest management, and facility maintenance. Stay up-to-date with changing regulations: Keep abreast of any amendments or new laws related to cannabis cultivation in your jurisdiction. Financial Management: Set up accounting and financial systems: Implement robust accounting practices to track expenses, revenue, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Remember, this is a high-risk industry, and success is not guaranteed. Thorough research, compliance with all legal requirements, and a solid business plan are crucial for navigating the complexities of starting and operating a cannabis cultivation operation. Consulting with legal and industry experts is strongly recommended at every stage of the process.

You're completely wrong. They grow so fast because the nutrients are readily available to the plants at all times, more oxygen at the root zone, and less energy is spent mining for nutrients. Every growing style has its pros and cons. Hydro is really fast, but you get a hydro taste. Organic tends to produce more resins and terpenes, but grow slower. Inert medium like coco/peat is somewhat a hybrid of both. Any one of those methods produces really good bud if you know what you're doing. I routinely share my salt-grown buds with people who grow in living soil and I'll tell you this, you can tell the difference between salt-based and organic, but the quality difference between mine and theirs isn't there. Grow however you are comfortable with and get good at it.
