55 degrees in Phoenix this morning! Highs today 80 but by next week finally it should start getting cold with maybe chances of rain as well! The entire western half of the United States has been way too hot for December even going up to north Dakota! And Denver typically sees its first winter storm of the year by now but they never saw measurable snow yet!
