A few questions for a property manager or national services provider. -how does one get on and stay on a bid list - how do they locate contractors when seeking bids - do they need bid in standard format - how to avoid confusion on hours available to stripe/seal ...might only be 5 hours in middle of night and was not communicated - do they have standard specs....special colors thinking DDonut -any advantage to being able to cover properties in multi state region - special insurance requirements - best way to get paid on time - how do they evaluate and award bid?price only, past performance, ability to meet tight timeline - are they looking for a warranty - good and bad stripe seal experiences - some chains have specialized stencils. Can I get a minimum number of jobs to recover costs - best way to coordinate with on site folks - when does price not matter - do you always get multiple bids -
We lost equipment this year. 2016 Ram 4500 with a 700 gallon Seal Rite (totalled). 2021 Ram 2500 (totalled). 2021 Crafco 125ss (totalled) Drunk and drugged driver hit us head on. Slowly replacing things. Good news is we busted ass with older equipment and rentals and finished up 18% and finished every job on the books plus added jobs. I have an amazing team!! Hammer down!!!
