btw... I have watched nearly 100 hours of notion videos on UA-cam and in the Notion learning center and yours was the clearest and closest to what I am trying to do.
Thanks for mapping out your structure. Does each client have 1 data base for all things are several databases for each component: Nutrition, Workouts, Progress, Mindset, Invoicing, Meetings - would I create a separate database for every component or just 1 database for each client that includes all of them? I a pretty sure it is the 1st option - several databases I appreciate your expertise and would love to hear your answer.
In the template, most of the databases are centralized, besides the training sessions, which are program-specific (i.e., the source database resides inside each program page)
It doesn't look like there is a centralized page for the client to view ALL items assigned to them in one location. Is that something that I missed during this overview?
The client can access all their programs, invoices, and nutrition plans on their dedicated page - as long as you share each program, invoice, and nutrition plan with them too (i.e., they see what you share with them)
Hey dude. Love this idea and already purchased. How difficult/easy would it be to add a notion2chart to each client database to track weekly volume and intensity?
Thank you! It shouldn't be too difficult and here is how you may achieve this: 1. Add a "volume" and "intensity" properties to the Sessions database inside the client pages (number properties that you can enter when developing a program) 2. Then connect that database with Notion2Charts and use filters/grouping to cluster sessions by week (based on their date)
@@simosme umm I still not get how can be database centralized and you can share with different people that need different workout. I explain better: Let say you build the programs that you want to share with 2 different people, one have to do 4 set and on 3 set, what the point of centralize that? Look very confusing for the PT
@@LvcaCalisthenics Yes valid point - and we may be misunderstanding each other here. Each person (client) will have their own database when it comes to the specific sessions in their program. This way, as you write, each person will have different volume/intensity depending on their needs. What is centralized is the "Movements" database, which is a library of exercises that include reference videos and instructions
If clients have "comment only" access to the Notion board will they still be able to enter their data such as food logs, sleep time, fasting periods, etc?

Hi Simone, this is really valuable for any PT within the industry, great work !👌
Thank you!
Thank you. I’ll try it out
currently doing my PT certifcate and will definitely try this when i start getting clients. will be back here in the future :)
Amazing - good luck on your PT certification journey!

Hey Simone, just a questions in this way you have to share the training movement page with all if your client otherwise they can’t see all the infos
Yes right, you will share the Training Movements database either to the web, or with each client (can be with view-only access)

Not on the database properties or on the page - if they only have comment access, they can only leave comments on the page(s)
