i got into transformers a few weeks back and this twink captivated me
i also read idw continuity and starbee took over my life for solid three days i could not think about anything except them now i really want what they have there in earthspark PLEASE that'd be so cool

Funny enough, my OC named Aurora Lightstream (everyone in the Autobot crew calls her Lightstream, though) is Bumblebee's love interest and vice versa. 😂 So, yeah, to say that Bee is one of my faves besides Optimus is an understatement.

Bumblebee is the most consistently likeable character of the franchise, and i'm loving this new iteration, Earthspark is awesome
He's more likeable than Optimus Prime and Megatron because he understands and interacts with humans more than them.
So young. Its okay guys he just doesn't no yet let him age lol

Seriously, I love what they did with this version of Bee! Design wise, they somehow perfectly kept the line between him looking both adorable and grown-up. His eyes are not the usual two huge round orbs, they are sorta almond shaped, and half-lidded a lot of the time, giving him a more serious appearance, while still being big and expressive when needed. His facial animations are perfect too! His goofy smiles give me life 🥺
Personality wise, I love how he's a bit of a dorky loser. Still really badass and cool, but awkward in all the right ways. A total himbo. 10/10 💛

I think the best demonstration of his reactions is when he thinks he's called a jerk. All the subtle little twitches of indignation.

I love this itteration of the character (Bee's been my Favorite along with Soundwave as long as I have memory lmao), He's more mature here, sure he's still young and does the things you'd expect from a teenager, but he has experience now
He's basically what RID 2015 Bee wanted to be, a Leader for his group, sure he can do some mistakes, but he's fairly more prepared than RID 2015 Bee

Yeah no contest, this is my current favorite version of Bumblebee, a solid mix of the classic and modern, with none of the faults of either, plus his VA is just perfect, they could not have cast a better bumblebee

That seemed cute to me, what I've noticed is that it seems that of all of them, Twitch is the one that has the most appreciation and closeness to Bumblebee, and I love that.

I’m usually not a fan of talking bumblebee, I feel like the writers don’t know how to balance comedic relief, children lore character, and buzz kill. But this version of him is so good 🤩 they managed that balance without sabotaging his character

This show may not be perfect, nor the best ever made. But they somehow managed to make pretty much all the characters enjoyable in their own ways even characters that would be deemed annoying in other shows.
Wouldn’t it be funny if Earthspark did the same voice acting situation with Ducktales? But the question is, who would Ben Schwartz voice as? We know that Bumblebee would be voiced by Danny Pudi, but not Ben.

I'm not gonna lie, I have an absolute bias against Bumblebee, I've always DESPISED him deeply in EVERY iteration I've seen/read so far
But in EarthSpark, BB is actually my favorite character right after Shockwave
I don't know what they did to achieve that, but I hope we'll get more seasons soon lol

- He's overused
-> I feel like every writer just slaps on him what they think will gain the most sympathy, turning him into a tool instead of a consistent character (like, whenever there's a Bee you can be sure that he will get the coolest scenes. Like in ROTB when he returned, in Prime when he killed Megs, ...)
-> He often feels like a Gary Stu bc of this too
- Child/Audience Appeal Characters have a tendency to be disliked by me, idk why, maybe bc I'm not a kid person
- Somehow he's always annoying, be it with his stupid radio-speech or beep-boop or by behavior (Ironically, I think TFA has a good Bee bc for him being annoying actually WORKS)
- I hate yellow. (Very stupid reason, I know)
@@Bwans_Art I can understand but I don’t like characters because they are overused his g1 character in comics isn’t a bad character he’s actually written well even tho he is a kid appeal character he has deeper dynamics like he likes human because he doesn’t feel relayed by the autobots the way he wants to be needed he puts himself in dangerous/ rebels from orders to prove to others to define his worth to them he shows it doesn’t matter what size you are you can still be a hero but I understand hasbro sees bee as a marketing ploy now
@@ImaTesticularTickler Eh, to be fair, in the G1 I've seen and read (Cartoon, US Marvel, almost through with IDW1) he just didn't really stand out to me. He was kinda just there as the token human babysitter lol.
In IDW1 he did have more depth though but that's where the inconsistency is bothering me again. He's kinda just being used when he's needed and the only way I found him remotely interesting to think about further was in his dynamic with Starscream, or rather his role in Starscream's life after Dark Cybertron happened.
I don' despise him as much in those versions, but his scenes do often result in me rolling my eyes haha
