This house interior and exterior . Is so gorgeous. I don't know why anybody . Wouldn't want this house . Thanks for sharing your video. Have a wonderful day .
Hello from Spokane Washington! Love this house! The room above the garage would make a great game room! It's a mystery why some of these homes seem like they have nothing wrong with them yet they cannot sell. This home looks brand new! Thanks for sharing! Stay safe!!
Ok I shared this on my insta. I loved the choose your own adventure thing you did, and I love how you and Riddim Ryder never pass up a Carlos joke! What are good friends for, eh?
Beautiful house. Love all the wood. Like how they left the stairs all wood, no carpet. The potential for that basement, but I guess the room over the garage could've been the rec room, but why no bathroom up there. Quite a distance to the bathroom from that room. Anyway. Great find. You guys be safe. 💜
Hello I'm Nicola from Christchurch New Zealand I absolutely love your videos I really like that house you've just looked around man I would live there no problem keep up the good work I think you're are awesome guy
Beautiful home and explore. OMG I so want that kitchen. They are crazy for not wanting this home. I would give my left arm for this place, not the right, cause I am right handed 🤣😂, but definitely the left. It is strange that there was no bathroom in the room above the garage. Very nice washer and dryer. Love the staircase and the view of the chimney.
Thank you for always posting videos, love watching this stuff ❤ . Always been a huge fan of houses with unique architectural features such as round room's or domes, definitely pools, spas, huge kitchens, ornate woods used in the design and it would be really cool to see a really decked out garage. Love to see some abandoned mansions or even plantations in TN, SC, TX coast, love the southern east coast . I'm from WI.
I love all the houses, it amazes me what people leave behind sometimes. I’m in Massachusetts there are tons of old houses around here that are still lived in. A lot of them got turned into boarding houses or doctors, lawyers offices stuff like that. But at least they are not torn down
hellooooo from Palm Springs again! What a great surprise abandoned find! Glad you got to do it with Ryder :) Hey why do you call him UBJ? What does that mean? You called Carlo p. UBD when you did one of your videos with him and I wondered what it meant? Thanks for sharing another great video!❤
I am from South Africa. It is my heart's desire to have such a place. I also do not understand why people can just leave such places empty. I can already tell you that if that place was here in SA, it would have been stolen empty and probably broken down to the ground. We in SA are already in lockdown for 120 days. The government takes everything that matters away from our people. Thanks for the video stands strong and I am waiting for the next one.
I absolutely love the 2 of you together you both have your own unique way of showing a house even those to same house different videos of the same house and I will still you say what's up gals lmao ❤❤ stay safe love ya
In answer to ,"What type of videos do you like?" This video is great. Closed, unexplored properties, mansions or land is great. I wish people would invite you to explore and film megamansilons; interiors, they do not have to reveal their identity or location. The Undiscovered Country, nothing ventured, nothing gained.
It looks like with the candles and home decor is setup to show for sell. A lot of realtors will leave props. So surprised to hear it's going to be demolished. It's a gorgeous house. Looks like it's in good condition. I heard round rooms is like a safe spiritual room to keep evil spirits or the devil out. So I hear....
I like the first living room, dining room, kitchen area, woodwork. I really like the porch off the master bathroom. That walk to the laundry "room" would be a drag and the room above the garage needs a bathroom. I hope it gets scrapped for wood, metal, countertops. I am curious why it is set for demolition. Renovate it, downsize it and it would sell unless there is something really wrong with the construction.
Is it planned for demolition for sure? I missed that part. That would be a shame but I have seen bigger and nicer meet that fate. It seems to usually happen (especially if there's a decent amount of land with it) when the owner has some sorta financial issue and loses the place to the bank. Then some big developer buys it, plans a subdivision, that house is in the way and has to go. It's a real shame and a waste and it happens all too often.
Every thing in Canada isn't big enough. They demolish it to make even bigger houses. Well that's what I've learned. And Canada's houses all come with a sauna... 😂
Another good one, the stuff that was left behind was for staging so its not so empty. The layout is not to good for who ever designed the place, like the master bath and no powder room in the rec/man cave above the garage, also no pool in a backyard like that. That's why it has not sold to much renos, if your going to spend that much, you might as well build on to your speks.
What's going on with all these beautiful Luxury Mansion. I would not want to give it up. So I guess they Pay them way more. I'm From Suburbs of Chicago ( Clarendon Hills, IL. )
I am glad these men are gentlemen and did not destroy anything. This charming estate, if I owned it; it makes me think of someone forming a small Sci-Fi cult and the members residing there. It could be a cult that is a hybrid of Scientology, the Heaven's Gate suicide cult (that leased that San Diego mansion) and strong thematic, astrological themes. But I would invite the gentleman in this video over on Public or Movie Night for cigars, whiskey and hot fudge sundaes. These men could be handed the cult's last communique to the world and not to release it to the press; for 72 hrs (delayed); as instructed.
Always enjoy your videos, but I can't be the only one that notices a common theme in them: 1. Abandoned mansion with seemingly inflated seven-figure price tag (in the title). 2. The mansion is always slated for demolition. 3. The mansion is usually spotlessly clean, in generally good condition, and aside from some left behind books, photos, or the random chair, they're all empty. I'm not familiar with the Ontario housing market, so maybe its common that relatively modern and in good condition homes are torn down to be rebuilt or the land is sold off for development, but this channel feels more like a tour of homes that are vacated and on the market or pending sale than they are truly abandoned. Just some constructive feedback (I'm still subscribed :) )
Where is this house at that peacock chair in the garage is worth starting price $700 on up and ive been wanting one of those i cant believe it got left there plus we have homeless people for what now
@@rachelsheppard9122 ok thank you...I kinda spaced that because it looked so pristine down there...I was expecting to see some kind of damage but the whole house looked good...seems it should be sold! But big expensive houses are sometimes hard to sell!
Feel sorry for the lady of the house..she has to go all the way to the basement to wash clothes, then all the way up stairs..i would want washer, dryer up stairs also..other then that I did like this house..
This home is NOT abandoned. This home is currently for sale and you have broken into this home. You do not have permission to enter that home and the owners have been notified
Hello. If this is true please send me an email to info@freaktography.ca with the address of this house and I will remove the video as it is never my intention to break into a home that is for sale. It was our understanding that this home is set to be demolished. If you do in fact know the home is for sale and we have been mistaken, please send me an email and the video will be removed. This house was found with its front door left wide open and the grounds unmaintained
@@Freaktography I have seen people post negative comments about abandoned places before on other channels .You guys do research the properties before you go into am I correct? The person is just trying to stir the pot with negative comments. If the front door was wide open when you got on the property that means it was abandoned

Why would anyone leave a home like that ,so many homeless!

Yes, but even the homeless would need funds to live there. And money to clean it up after they trashed it. Who would finance it?
