No. The damp cloth winds up making filo sheets sticky and useless. Just cover them with plastic wrap or a sheet of foil while you're working with them.
The thought of honey in yogurt is nauseating! Then dip some oil-fried parmesan triangles? Into honey? UGH! I love salted yogurt and would try a version with minced garlic, before honey, for sure. Nice little video, good ideas, with the phyllo.
Have you ever had Greek yogurt before? It’s flavorless and thinner than traditional yogurt so it wild actually pair well for ppl who like sweet and savory foods
Great recipe! Thank you very much 👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you for showing us how to use these Phyllo Pastry sheets. I plan to try to use these to make some Hot Pockets.
I like how you say life is too short to make it at home. 😂
Lovely background music , 🎶 ❤

I didn't have that problem, but I twisted as much water as possible out of the canvas like kitchen towel I was using.
Thank you
This simple recipe is amazing. ❤❤❤can I use other herbs instead of thyme?
Super!

Amazing, filo garlic.
You will be soooo hungry having this for breakfast!
I"d replace the yogurt with sour cream. Mmmmm good.😊

Gordon uses store bought filo pastry......ahem...and says it's amazing...as long as HE does it!!....:\
I mean he doesn’t request Burger restaurants he helps make their own buns…
I'd honestly rather be deathly ill than make filo or puff pastry by hand 😅
Gordon Ramsey knows how to cook
He says for the home. Restaurant environment is a different game.
Among us
Wonder what would be a good substitute for yogurt, cannot stand the stuff.
Marinara.
You could custard or icing if you want something sweet, or peanut butter. Or I’m sure they’d taste great as is.
Cream cheese would be good. Or a good egg mayonaisse. Maybe a mild mix of the two?

@@KweenSleeps You should try Aldi's Greek Yoghurt reduced fat. Creamy and delicious.
stop!! the Oui yogurt with a hint of honey!!!!! amazing!!!!
Very common in the Middle East to eat yogurt with honey and savory food. You should try it, and you may actually like it.
Needs more seasoning. Looks RAW. Why did he call it "fresh frozen?" 😠 😡 👿 😤 🤬 😾
