I don't know, man. If Rappa is played correctly, she likely has almost 0 downtime. Rappa can also clear trash mobs faster while not being SP-hungry, unlike FF. Her breaking speed is quite slow, but her teammates can use the leftover SPs to help with the breaking part. FF breaks faster, has a weakness implant, and is really good against bosses in exchange for being SP-hungry. And FF takes a while to get her ultimate back. So yeah both have their own pros and cons. Also Fugue is rumored able to put Exotoughness on enemies so she may be the best support for Rappa.
Skillpoints are not a problem if you know how to manage them among the team. After all, skillpoints are to be used, not accumulated, so as long as you play decently you shouldn't have any problems. and I also think that Tingyun/Fugue is going to be the best option in any break team, maybe even for Boothill because of the Exo-toughness that only she can give
Rappa better in PF. Who’s better in MoC and AS is fight dependent. More AoE than Rappa is better by a bit, especially when paired with Lingsha, who’s more free to skill spam thanks to Rappa SP consumption being more like E1 Firefly. This could change as we get more break supports.

well for one, rappa does aoe whereas firefly only does blast, sure rappa does blast too but you needs also remember, both rappa's skill AND her ult do have aoe in them plus without an energy battery or turn jumper like sparkle/bronya firefly cant really stay in ult state whereas rappa can be ulting nigh constantly without any of that
ok if you need Super Break DPS especially in AOE and want to buff super Break more and healing and cleanse and save some jades pull for Lingsga 😂😂🤣🤣
