      Jorge Gonzalez exercise one is to increase mobility in lat and activate rhomboid/lower trap and serratus
      2. Stretch pec and strengthen shoulder external rotators
      3. Increase shoulder internal and external rotation. Improve serratus and lat strength
      4. Core and back leg pivot
      5. Core serratus and pec strength
      6. Internal and external rotation strength

    I really want to be quarter back but people say I’m built to play wr. But I’ll prove them wrong and start practicing qb for next year try outs.

    Are there any stretches I ought to do to increase external rotation? I saw your other video, and I do a lot of bench press as well as curls. I'd like to keep that up, but if there's a way to counteract the decreased range of motion with stretching I'd love to try it

    Basically go to a batting ring and toss some pitches for a couple of hrs with proper form.

    Great video!!
    But why such low weight? Is it because we are focusing on the motion/technique vs strength?// could I do this with 10 pound dumbbells?

      Yeah you could increase if you want.. But yeah it’s tailored towards people just starting with these exercises and doing them correctly is important. So didn’t want to stack a bunch of weight from the beginning

    You should do a video on you just throwing the football and giving the younger kids on here more of a insight on throwing mechanics

    Hey, I’m in 8th grade and I’ve been playing QB at recess for 4 years. I have never played QB on an actual team, so I just wanted to know if you recommend anything on reading defenses, when to throw the ball, or where to throw the ball.

    I haven't really played football in a year but I just got back into it. I am practicing every day, lifting weights, and building back my strength. Everything is going well except that my arm hurts so much after I throw the ball or do a workout. It seems to hurt in my wrist, elbow, and shoulder but it feels like my whole arm hurts but the biggest pain is there. I took a few weeks off to ice it and let it rest but nothing seems to work. Do you have any idea what is wrong with my arm?

      How far can you throw? I played QB in 7th grade. As long as your accurate and can throw ATLEAST 25 yards but don’t wear your arm out.

      Ash_Supreme probably need to sit back more and keep your thumb facing to the side and focus on using shoulder to lift up arm not using your spine..

    Would holding a 3 to 5 pound weight, and motioning your arm like you're throwing a football help, hurt, or do nothing?

      It would not hurt I would say. It would be better to create a larger motion to create plenty of range in the shoulder..
