Are there any stretches I ought to do to increase external rotation? I saw your other video, and I do a lot of bench press as well as curls. I'd like to keep that up, but if there's a way to counteract the decreased range of motion with stretching I'd love to try it
Yeah you could increase if you want.. But yeah it’s tailored towards people just starting with these exercises and doing them correctly is important. So didn’t want to stack a bunch of weight from the beginning

I haven't really played football in a year but I just got back into it. I am practicing every day, lifting weights, and building back my strength. Everything is going well except that my arm hurts so much after I throw the ball or do a workout. It seems to hurt in my wrist, elbow, and shoulder but it feels like my whole arm hurts but the biggest pain is there. I took a few weeks off to ice it and let it rest but nothing seems to work. Do you have any idea what is wrong with my arm?

I really want to be quarter back but people say I’m built to play wr. But I’ll prove them wrong and start practicing qb for next year try outs.

How far can you throw? I played QB in 7th grade. As long as your accurate and can throw ATLEAST 25 yards but don’t wear your arm out.

Would holding a 3 to 5 pound weight, and motioning your arm like you're throwing a football help, hurt, or do nothing?
It would not hurt I would say. It would be better to create a larger motion to create plenty of range in the shoulder..
