Causes of emotional pain:
1. Sin
2. Impure heart
3. Wrong Perspective
God allows pain for us to:
1. Repent
- Reflect (wake up)
- Learn
- grow
- endure
2. Re-align our hearts
- be guided
- be protected
- make right decisions
3. Restore
- depend on Him
- look forward to heaven
What to do when in pain:
1. Draw near to Him in every situation (not only during bad times)
- God welcomes your broken heart Psalm 34 : 18
2. Surrender to Him
- He knows what is best, He loves you, trust an obey Him
- If you fail to learn from an emotional pain, expect God to allow that same pain to happen again until you learn
3. Hold on to Him and His promises
- God heals
- God guides
- God gives joy
- God brings peace
If our pain leads us to Him, then it is worth it.

I am not okay right. After I prayed to God and tell him how much I'm in pain and how I want to surrender my life to him. I trust him and I let God conquer me. Then After I cried to Him I open my UA-cam to watch preaching to ease my pain then I am surprised to see this video because I need this.
I'm really blessed this message, I know this is not a coincidence God revealed me this video cause just know I'm not Okay but while I'm watching & listening your message Pastor my pain will suddenly disappear & I'm shocking to myself I'm laughing alone, thank you so much God & may the Lord richly bless His instrument for me to make me okay right now🙏in every pain God is working with us🙏

this is timely for me....we experienced death in our family last week, my eldest brother succumbed to cancer complications. It was a diifficult week and until now, our family is coping up and in healing process.....💔❤️🙏🏼 our HOPE is in the LORD ❤️🌈

I usually take a deep breath & sing Come Holy Spirit to ask for God's Holy Spirit to guide me. And I regain some strength as I repeatedly says this words 'Lord give me enough Strength,Courage & Wisdom'.
Lord God I'm not okay, but I know that I will be okay soon, because I know that you love me and your here with me. Please hear my prayers. I have faith in you Lord. I trust you and I believe Lord God that your plans are better than my plans. Please heal me and my brokenheart.

It has been about 2 months since my girlfriend and I broke up and not a day passes by in which i dont miss and remember what was and long for what could have been and with this, intense pain, loneliness, and sadness manifests within me and it keeps on tearing me up from the inside. However, i know that one day everything will be okay since the Lord will be beside me, accompanying, strengthening, and empowering me each day to face such pain and one day i know ill be okay and happy again and will be able to look back and say "Lord, kaya pala this happened to me" because it was all part of your greater plan that one day i will understand. I love u lord, take care of her, take care of me. Thank you
