After watching the awareness videos i have decided not invest in any form of real estate.. real estete is only meant if you want to have roof on your head ie if you are reciding at home not as a asset but just as place to live.. and agricultural land only if you are using the land yourself for farming or plantation purpose and commercial property if you are planning to shift your well established business into own place.. my parents have spent most of their earnings to build a house i will renovate it whenever required without any posh interiors.. and will hand over same property to my future generations. Ye interior ka bhi bahuth bada scam hai.. inke cheezo mei 100% se jyada margin rehathi hai.. aur pura business cuts and reference ke hisab se chalthi hai.. life me just comfortable rehane ka hai.. luxury ke naam pe ullu nahi bananeka.. luxury ke naam pe tho govt bhi ullu banathi hai hai tax slab mei..
I personally know several folks whose life was kind of destroyed due to a visit to builder's office. Some of them have already passed away with this as a regret of life. Salute to Krish Sir for bringing it up
People need to understand these videos are not exaggerations, this is what happens in reality. Be very careful before paying any money at sales office. If any doubt just leave out the door.

Courts or RERA also not coming to quick help of the home buyers... unfortinately the brahmin-bania game fixing is everywhere there...To whom ever you go to complain, you will see a live-in relationship between the builder and adjucators...justice delivery system have been made very tough...no body bothers about your age or financial distress sufferered due to those bloody cheaters...
