Hey girls! I’m a level 6 cheerleader from Michigan! I’ve been cheering for almost 15 years!! I wanted to tell Ellecee that we all understand how you’re feeling. It’s more than ok to be upset, but remember to take those feelings and put them all into cheer. Be the best you can be on the prep team and your time will come! Work super hard on the basics and you’ll have that handspring in no time! The coaches know best for you and I know you’ll have so much fun this year! And most important, don’t give up!! You’re so close and you’re young, you have so much time to grow and enjoy cheerleading at every level! I love watching your family’s cheer videos! I was thinking all of the same things! A couple years ago when COVID hit I was at the end of the season of being on a level 2 team. Between the seasons I worked really hard to try and get my level three skills before tryouts. When the day finally came I knew I wasn't ready to throw those skills so I didn't. I made level 2 for two years in a row, but on my second year I declined the offer to be on the team and decided to fill my time with tumbling classes. Now this year I am a level 4 athlete and represent the US national team in the adaptive abilities division! I live in Illinois and plan to cheer in high school as competitive high school cheerleading is very similar to allstar here in Illinois. The best part is that I am only 13 which means that I have time to grow as an athlete over the next few years. I dream of being able to compete at your skill level! I remember having the same feeling as Ellecee when I found out all of my friends had made a different team than me. But, I didn't give up and made so many new friends at my gym and on my team. I just know that Ellecee will do the same!

Don't worry ElleCee! When I did dance back in my day I also didn't make the team I wanted right away and all my friends did. But I worked extra hard and slowly they started to first let me in on their practices to see if I could handle it and then eventually I actually made the team I wanted. And then I continued to improve and a few years later ended up being one of the front/center dancers. You can definitely do it, just believe in yourself and work hard!
It is so sad. Is ok. You can believe in yourself. Try harder.

My first audition for a play(I was 7) I didn’t get in. I practiced a song and everything but I didn’t end up doing it because everyone else was doing the song they gave us. I was crying afterwards but it got cancelled anyway.

Congratulations girls! My daughter has done all star cheer for years! She enjoyed being on the same team (Y4) for 2 years because it gave her a chance to make new friends and get her skills perfected! Sometimes the things we think we don’t want, turn out to be a blessing in disguise! Hope to see ya’ll at a competition next year!

I have a tip for their backhand spring! (from a gymnast) get them to do a handstand against a wall and shrug their shoulders while in handstand, notice how at the top of the shrug they feel more strong and stable? This is the shape their shoulders should be in their backhand spring. Their all doing so good!!

ElleCee is amazing! You all tried so hard and that’s all that matters, you girls are all amazing, sweet and talented in your own way! I’ve tried to make a cheer team 7-8 times and never made the team. So keep up the good work and SaiDee, follow your heart, if you think soccer is for you then go for soccer ⚽️ I play soccer and the game is tiring but I think playing football is worth the practise and time, I love you all so much, Tiffany you are a great mom!

the one thing i noticed with Nayvee's back hand springs is that she keeps her hands on the floor instead of pushing up if that makes sense, which is the reason why she doesn't get enough power. she needs to push up from her hands

I just love the fact that when one of the kids is sad or having an emotional moment Tiffany turns the camera off and comforts them instead of shoving the camera in their face for more views. This is one of the only family channels where they actually respect their children as human beings and don't just view them as a way to go viral. Love you guys!
Yes! I love that she doesn’t force her kids to be in videos and always gets permission to post stuff only if they want to.

OMG when I sall Paisley do a backflip my jaw dropped like wow I'm the same age as her a couple months older but she and all of your girls are all talented no matter what sport or activity there in. These kids are going places, high places.

I started cheerleading at 6 and did it for 4-5 years. And I loved it but I sadly had to stop as I was going into boarding school and it would be hard to do cheer, dancing, hockey and netball at the same time, so Sadie I know what you are going through as I kind of want to start up again but then again I ❤️ all my other sports ect. Have fun the rest of you. Been watching your family for the last 5ish years.

Awe love little Elcee I can relate to her so much I have red hair and strong big calve muscles as well You are stronger than you know, it will take alot of work and tears but you got this! I made it through Navy Boot Camp and spent my time in I wouldn't have traded all my hard work, sweat and tears for anything.

It's impressive they're doing cartwheel back handsprings, round off will give them the jump they need. Also another tip would be to tie their knees together (with a rag) for the back handsprings. Keeps the legs together. That's how we were taught back in the day. Great work girls! All of you!

I understand what it’s like to not make a team because I think we have all been through that but if you think about it you could be the best on the prep team or the worst on the level 1 team. My mom used to tell me that the team needed someone to look up to and follow and that will be ElleCee!!
hey girlies i’m a cheerleader too and i know how hard and stressful it can be! but to make your handspring’s and your life easier try straightening your arms and legs and really push off the ground. also when doing a backhand spring and a roundoff generally you should snap your feel down so when you connect a roundoff and a back handspring it’ll be faster and easier to do. AND ITLL BE PRETTY. you guys got it !!
I’m finally trying out for cheer! I used to cheer but I quit. A coupe, years later, I finally gave the courage. Tryouts are on a couple days and of course something bad happened. On Friday I was driving to a hotel and we stopped at a gas station to use the rest room and now my back/side hurts. I can’t bend my back and can’t do all the level 1 skills. And idk how I’m going to tryout. But all that matters is that i land the skills.
May I just say NayVee has the most solid back handsprings out of everyone in your family. Not saying the others are terrible I’m just saying they need some work but with some work they’ll get them better in no time. Much love ❤️

The girls have improved so much since they first started! I used to have problems with my tumbling and something that really helped me was having a band around my legs I think it would really help them!

Just participate means growth. I remember trying out for the 8th grade junior varsity squad and not making it. So upset but worked even harder for the 9th grade cheerleading squad and made it. You girls are awesome everyone of you in your own special way. Never give up!!!!!

Coming from a dancer I’m really impress on how well they caught on if it was there first year or they already did it before, they all did amazing! Nayvee backhand spring looks really good. Just some advice for Nayvee, try to work on round off/ cartwheel a little faster at kicking over. Good Job girls!!

SaiDee hiii! So did cheer,gymnastics,and dance for years! My sister got jealous because I kept moving and up and up! Later I got bored and u quit. Seeing my siblings still do gymnastics,dance,and cheer makes me upset sometimes but I feel happy for them. Now I can concentrate on my lacrosse and basketball! Since I have been finished I’ve gotten in to really good teams and I’m a team CAPTIN for a basketball team! Hope you good luck!
