Cumin Seed/Jeera जीरा - 1/2 tsp
Carom Seed/Ajwain अजवाईन - 1 tsp
Black Peppercorns काली मिर्च - 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1/2 tsp
Salt as per Taste स्वादानुसार नमक
Turmeric Powder हल्दी पाउडर - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder धनिया पाउडर - 1 tsp
White sesame seeds सफेद तिल - 1 tbsp
Sugar चीनी- 1 tsp
Clarified Butter/Ghee घी - 3 tbsp

Hello Paul. In my country we have the dry methi leaves not fresh leaves. Can the dry leaves be substituted? If so, can it be used directly in the flour or soak it, then saute in ghee like you did?
