In my opinion this 2013 WSC was Ronnie's best ever world championship, didn't lose a single session in the entire event aswell as 13 century breaks and countless other 70s and 80s!!!
1. O'Sullivan 2. Hendry 3. Trump 4. J Higgins 5. Selby 6. S Davis 7. Williams 8. Robertson 9. White 10. Stevens 11. Ding 12. Murphy 13. Reardon 14. A Higgins 15. Ebdon 16. Doherty My top 16 of all time debate below
@@12ANSHBHATIA fair play it's close with a number of players in my opinion. its shame maybe we didnt see the best of Hunter. White and Stevens both should have had at least 1 world title I feel
@@seanmccombie6379 Stevens should have I agree , that guy is a fabulous player I see him watch play and think how the fuck has this guy not won more atleast ? Well Jimmy white , I don’t know 6 attempts man ?
@@12ANSHBHATIA Yeah big underachiever. Think the life of the table has effected a lot of the players. I'd love to see someone from China win it one day. Ding is another one who could have won it. Still has some time left to
@@12ANSHBHATIA ..And I would put Steve Davis above Selby. Steve won 28 ranking events, 56 non-ranking events, 6 UK Championships, 3 Masters titles, and is a 6 time World Champion. And although he only scored 355 centuries, that's still an impressive tally for the standard of the day, and his standard was very high. And if you add to that, his £11 million-pound paypacket for his career, even though he was clearly head and shoulders above everyone else in his day, that's still very impressive. And don't forget, through the last third of his career he was up against players like Stephen, Jimmy, Doherty, and players in the top 8 who were capable of taking matches and titles from him, like, e.g., Knowles, K. Stevens, Taylor, Higgins, Johnson, and Foulds, etc. Players who could slaughter an amateur. So, I regard Steve Davis' career as more impressive than Selby's - for the moment, anyway.
And he's earning hundreds of thousands of dollars per season. And is a millionaire. And as you say, it is full-time job travelling around the world playing a sport that he loves to play. And he's a World Champion. Tough life, eh? And if someone of bingham's class, can be that standard, then I don't feel bad for him.
It was almost like O'Sullivan slopped his shots in the 8th game so Bingham wouldn't be slaughtered in front of his Mum on her Birthday. Stranger things have been known to happen. CLEARLY, O'Sullivan is the finest player today!
Stuart's Mam's birthday she's in the audience admiring the way Ronnie plays coz bingham can't pot a ball lol poor sod had his arse handing to him on the occasion lol
Hendry is the Greatest, more world titles more masters tiltles more UK titles and more big breakes and more prize money. And he has more ranking and more non ranking titles than osulivan. There is an age differents therefore osullivan played hendry in the middle and towards the end of his carrer so osullivan leads the head to heads, hence osullivan is still playing whilst hendry is Retired. You can not say a player is the greatest because you prefer his style of snooker, its the glory that counts. Osullivan is a very close Second!
this didn´t age well... I belive only record Hendry still holds is WC titles and shares UK if I´m not mistaken...Ronnie however is clearly the best to ever do it
@@michalkozak3471 Ronnie has the most UK championship and Masters wins. Over 1000 centuries, 15 max breaks. Most triple crown event wins. Only has to catch Hendry in Crucible wins. This clearly didnt age well haha
Not any more I think this match proved o Sullivan's peak is different class to anyone else's. I'm a Hendry fan but hes no longer the greatest infact Ronnie could still overtake Hendrys 7 world titles as well.
I think bingham new what he was doing abd totally threw this match as there was 1 huge bet made at the bookies for the scoreline to be what it was which was like 500 to 1 or something stupid,, so he probably made more off the bet than he woulda won playing and winning this match.. Wouldnt be the 1st time hes threw matches,, same as fkn higgings and that stephen lee,, cheating bastards the 3 of em for match fixing amd shit.. Take nothing away from Ronnie he was an animal and in this form there is no one even close to being good enough to beat him..

Everyone feeling bad for Bingham: Don't. This is his full time job.
