● ▬ ☸ #White #Tara Mantra MEANING
OM - Hail to Tara (in her three roles as a savioress)!”is considered to be the primordial sound
TARE - this syllable shows that Mother Tara liberates sentient beings from samsara
TU TARE - “I entreat you, O Tara” or “I beg you, O Tara.” Liberates you from the eight fears related to the external dangers. However, the main dangers come from attachment, ignorance, anger, pride, miserliness, jealousy, doubt & wrong views
TURE - this syllable liberates you from the disease, helps to return to the path of the bodhisattva. Helps to understand the importance of the spiritual movement & realize that the path to enlightenment involves us in a sense of compassion for others
MAMA - me/my/mine. Gaining qualities: merit, wisdom, happiness, longevity, etc. the Wishes of those qualities you can direct family, friends & other living beings
AH YUH - the root meaning of the word life, long life (as in Ayurveda)
PUNE - means merits, which are the consequence of a moral life - they say that these services contribute to a long & happy life, they generate good karma
JANA (GNANA) - is wisdom
PUTIM - roughly means increase, increase
KURU - has two translations: the imperative form of the verb do, make it so or mythical land of North of Himalayas, which was called the country of long life & happiness (it is believed that perhaps it is the ancestral Northern homeland of the Aryans)
SOHA - Hail!, Hail to! or “May the blessings of this mantra take root in our hearts!
Thus, the Budda mantra of White Tara is a request to Tara about longevity, & use longevity for the benefit of all sentient beings (in other words, an increase of wisdom &, as a consequence, the merit born of good deeds)
● ▬ ☸ The purpose of the #WhiteTaraMantra
White Tara Mantra - it is a powerful mantra, by repeating which we turn to one of 21 incarnations of the Buddhist goddess Tara, White Tara. Hallmark White Tara is the Lotus in full bloom, on which White Tara is sitting in Padmasana - the Lotus posture.Her right hand folded at the knee in the Varada-mudra - the gesture of giving blessings, & in his left hand, folded in Jnana-mudra - mudra of knowledge, she holds a Lotus flower. The White Tara's seven eyes: forehead - the third eye - the eye of wisdom, center of the feet & palms also at the eye, which means she sees & reacts to calls for aid & prayers to her. The goddess Tara enjoys great reverence in Tibet they believe that even the mere mention of her name can save you from many disasters. When you need to win illnesses, to attain good health & long life, guide the White Tara with the mantra

Mantras (chants) are sounds made up of sacred Sanskrit syllables, which help us to improve our energy. #Chanting powerful mantras or listening to them give us access to the Divine Forces, bring harmony in our mind, body & of course sets our heart on a wave of divine energy, bringing bliss into our inner world

#mantra came from India, it' a special set of sacred sounds that creates a resonance affects on our energy. So of course no matter to listen to the mantra or chant it, but effect will be better if mentally repeat the text thus the blissful inner state will be achieved sooner
